Been to HK a few times but never had the chance to try this place. I went there on the advice of tripadvisor reviews and local guide reviews. Maybe it just me but absolutely rubbish of a dish. Instant noodles with canned italian tomato paste. Dont expect too much, The only positive note is the atmosphere. It is dirty and... More

We wanted to try this famous noodle joint famous for their noodles in tomato soup. The service was a bit slow even on a relatively slow day (by their standard) as you really have to shout to get the wait staff to notice you. We ordered the macaroni in tomato soup, Hong Kong style milk tea and their lemon honey... More

Honestly I think people only say it's good because it's cheap compared to most eating spots. Tomato and macaroni soup ??? Isn't that what normally people eat when theyre sick . And my mama gets 6 stars for tomato soup if this place gets five stars . If you travel so far and gonna waste your itinerary slot for this... More

Love the crispy bun with condensed milk, tomato noodles or macaroni and milk tea. So yummy and affordable. The staff here are also generally friendly (when they are not too busy). Stall closes at 5pm so make your way here before 5pm....

It's not a restaurant but an open air stall, 5 or 6 old women served there, u have to find a seat yourselves. The waitress barely have time to give u a guide. The specialised food is tomato soup noodles, u can choose pasta instead of noodles too, the crispy bread was good.

This is a 大排档 (Dai Pai Dang), open-air food stall, unassuming but very yummy food. We had tomato soup with beef and crispy toast with condensed milk. We were there at 10:05am (it opens at 10) and there's already a queue. Yum, yum, yum. Good thing there's a English menu :)

Good service, delicious foods, location is near by mrt. I barely meet a Hong Kong waiter friendly served customer without rushing and rude, unless u went to a 5 star restaurant. This is a very localize cafe house near road side, and they served very tasty food. Must order honey lemon bread, and tomatoes beef pasta.

Already bookmarked this place way before my visit to Hong Kong. Easy, quick menus, sampling breakfast foods just like the locals did. Tried the tomato instant noodles, with many add ons such as ham, eggs and / or bacon and buttermilk toasts. Prices are cheap, but can be quite filling until lunchtime.

I visit Sing everytime I come to HK. I particularly love the authenticity and vibe. It's tucked away in a corner where you least expect it. Can be hard to find at first but totally worth the trip. I absolutely love their macaroni with tomato broth! SO yum and comforting. I'd also recommend ordering the toast with condense milk. Make... More

I'm posting this to inform members they're away on holiday! We were hoping to try their famous tomato noodle soup & "cui cui" crispy bread but alas, the stall was shut and had a sign posted which said they're away! This isn't meant to be a 3 rating but I couldn't post this alert otherwise... it's not a wasted journey... More

Staying in Sheung Wan

Neighbourhood Profile
Sheung Wan
Unlike most of Hong Kong’s other popular districts, Sheung Wan welcomes wanderers with an easy-going, relaxed atmosphere. Art galleries are plentiful and boutique cafés are tucked away in every side street in the sub district known as “PoHo.” Browse through the vintage clothing and handmade leather goods stores – it’s no surprise fashionistas flock to this area. History enthusiasts will be rewarded with sites of beautiful architecture, reflecting Sheung Wan’s past as one of the earliest settlements by British forces. As night falls, the entertainment scene reveals itself to be just as laid back with its private kitchens, speakeasies and underground bars dotted throughout the area. When in Sheung Wan, everyday feels like the weekend.
