If you're ever in Hong Kong, you have got to visit this famous cha chaan teng. Expect a queue as early as 8am even though they open at 7.30am but the line will clear swiftly. Be aware when you're queueing as the waiter will ask...More

The steam milk pudding just taste so nice whether serve cold or hot! It's the only thing I would look forward to if I ever return to Hong Kong. The scrambled egg was good but I was just not a fan of scrambled egg.

Not worth the hype. Service was beyond rude. The staff yell at you randomly when you queue and are unclear w instructions. Ordering was difficult bc again they were rude and impatient. They also threw a fork and knife onto the table very loudly from...More

Very crowded tea time crowd at 3pm. Most visitors having scrambled egg and toast. We were there for the milk pudding though. Yee shun steam milk was 1 street away. Our take Yee Shun vs Australian- Yee Shun less sweet and silky, Australian more fluffy...More

I think the restaurant should understand that some customers would like to eat their food at their own pace...especially on a day off from work where they have a lot of time to waste. Such a pity for a restaurant with a great potential. But...More

If you're looking for local fare, this is one of THE place in Hong Kong. It is a must-go for all tourists. The steam egg white with almond (syrup) is a must-try. Soft and silky, the almond lends a rich flavour to the dish. There's...More

If you love scramble egg, this place is best for you as it serve fluffy and delicious scramble egg. However the queue can be very long at peak hours like breakfast or lunch.

Stable quality and average price, good food, especially scramble egg made quite nice Staff not friendly, talk very fast, sometimes don't understand English. But with quality it was better than other restaurants.

We were warned for a long queue and impolite waiters, and the warning is true! Scrambled eggs and sandwich, especially the club sandwich were very very impressive. Milk tea and macaroni soup were a bit disappointed. Neglect the waiters's behaviour and enjoy your meal :)

Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you
will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong
Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong
Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma
Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on
their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area
makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in
time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the

We did not see one. One way to order is to take reference from other tables or dinners sharing the same table as you.

Yes, always a long Q since it starts up early @ 8am and there's the novelty aspect of it. They are very organised so even as the Q builds up there are the greeters who will prepare the next in lines on the menu available... More
