This chain was recommended to me by a local friend and it was easily the best food we ate on the island. As you approach they want to make it known that they have a Michelin star as it is plastered all over the wall...More

Restaurant was too hot. Easy to see people uncomfortable. Requested staff to turn on air con which eventually happened. Dessert order delivery way too slow. When finished and requested check, the bill came with a double charge for the fried rice. What transpired from here...More

小籠包 is totally different from TAIPEI branches, skin is so thick and there is no sauce inside the dumpling at all. Price is more expensive. Not worth to wait for the seats!! You can see in the other pictures the cold dishes also very poor...More

There was another review for DTF that mentioned "sterile" and it's an accurate one word description of the chain. I've eaten at the ones in Taiwan and all the DTF's in HK. Although the small dishes were better in Taiwan, the restaurants are consistent throughout....More

The food here is very nice, but also quite spicy. The system with the filling out is nice, but the overall service is not like the good food. Smiling staff, but also a lot of staff just watching you eating when there's not so much...More

It is not hard see why this restaurant was awarded a Michelin Star. The food is divine, the service impeccable, the staff are efficient and unobtrusive. The whole place operates like a well-oiled machine. Highly recommended.

Ok, Dumplings where good. And the bill was not expensive for a 1 Michelin Star Restaurant. The best chinese food we have tried in Hong Kong. But service - like in most of the Typical Hong Kong restaurant we have been to - is rough...More

Good to try your first Yum Cha, dim sum if you are visiting. Its a chain, they have also Shanghai. Its a bit pricey compared to tastier local yum cha or even other chains less fancy than CWB.

This is the fourth or fifth time I have eaten in this chain of restaurants. Food is always freshly made , tastes great and delivered to the table promptly! No reservations so you often have to queue but swift turnover of tables means you never...More

Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of
Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and
restaurants, both areas are bustling with people –
tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the
highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more
polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart.
