Natural place, no sophistication, tiny tables, but the most important in a restaurant evaluation, a very good meal. Very good relation price/quality.

Absolutely delicious dim sum and very reasonably priced too! We definitely over ordered but didn’t regret it! Would definitely recommend. We arrived about 9pm and didn’t have to queue!

Good food .. value for money .. I just wish they could also offer the traditional ice lemon tea or ice milk tea with the food.. for someone who hates hot drinks I do enjoy food with my drink ..

The Dim Sum is great, very delicious worth the wait. Cannot ask the service staff especially the tall lady with long hair wearing eye glasses or else she start pouting tossing, plates around..... I had it after several visit, and seeing others treated this way....Thank you and my apology if ask for additional chili and tea.More

I came here 10 years ago and could still remember it was so awesome 10 years back. Now it was so disappointing. None of the 7-8 items that we have ordered are nice except for maybe the congee. The rice rolls & lotus leaf rice...are so hard & dry I think I can get so much better street dimsum in Singapore. Hargow has big shrimps, but the skin is so thick it is unpalatable. Pan-fried turnip cake is also very ordinary. I did not like everything that I have ordered. I am so sad after the dinner as I came all the way here. Only thing is that it is not expensive for the big portions but what is the point?More

Having read about this restaurant prior to our trip, we stopped by Prince Edward station just to eat here. Needless to say, it did not disappoint. We arrived here around 5:30pm and luckily, we were able to get a seat immediately. After being seated, people...started lining up outside waiting to be served. We ordered three of their dumplings and their pork buns and they all tasted delicious and authentic. My favorite was their vegetable dumplings, which is a surprise since I don't like eating veggies lol. All dishes were reasonably priced so we were satisfied with our food. I just wished that it wasn't required to order tea since we could have spent that money on other beverages. But overall, I would definitely recommend eating here.More

I'm reviewing for the one in Lyndhurst Terrace HK which is a takeaway branch for One Dimsum. Couldn't find it in Tripadvisor. Anyway, I wanted to grab something to eat in the hotel as I was tired after a long day out walking. But wanted...to get some dimsum. Didn't expect much really from a takeaway dimsum place, but boy, was I wrong! The food was excellent. Pork Minced on Rice - I love this dish since childhood and every time I go to HK, I try to get this. The texture of the pork was chewy and not mushy which is how it should be. I remember my mom telling me you should slam the minced pork on the board several times to make the texture chewy and bouncy. This is exactly how it tasted like. So definitely a winner. Ha Kaw Shrimp Dumpling - great skin, and big piece of shrimp inside. Another winner Beef Balls - I love this dish too and the 2 balls per order came big and most importantly, it came with a pack of Worcestershire sauce. That's the best way to have the beef balls :-) Big chunks of water chestnut inside and the texture of the beef was bouncy and soft, not mushy and not dense. Shrimp Cheung Fun - big pieces of shrimp and came with the sweet sauce you find in dimsum places. The skin was ok, but a bit too soft for my taste. It became a bit mushy after a while. Packaging - it came in an insulated bag which is reusable. Perfect way to keep my food warm till I get to the hotel, grab a quick shower and relax with some dimsum dinner :-) So if you want a quick grab and go dimsum, this one has good quality dimsum compared to those bakery type stores that sell takeaway dimsum. Big difference! And it does have some bar type seats, around 8 I think where you can have the dimsum there if you prefer.More

Dimsum items were good in the traditional authentic sense of how dimsum should be. Only letdown was the congee - we tried the congee with century egg and pork, and congee with preserved vegetables and salty pork. They were ordinary in taste. Menu is tourist...friendly as it comes with photos, Chinese, English, French, Korean. Be prepared to wait as there’s always a queue. Do not simply join the queue - Approach the staff at entrance to get a queue number, fill in the order sheet and hand over completed order sheet to staff in order to get a table allocated to you soonest.More

I think One Dim Sum will not closed for Chinese New Year of 2019. Most of the small restaurants in Hong Kong are opened in Chinese New Year to serve tourists.
