Every time we go to Hong Kong, my wife would always suggest that we have dessert and coffee at Pacific Coffee. Good thing there's a newly opened branch in Silvercord Canton Road Tsim Sha Tsui which we visited recently. We ordered their cheesecake, Matcha Wonderland and Cafe Americano. Well, the Matcha Wonderland and the cheesecake were really good. The atmosphere... More

Pleasant atmosphere. A good local alternative to Starbucks, with a LOT more variety of sweet and savoury snacks. We recommend the quiches. Coffee can be strong, but they will add more milk if you ask.

Had morning coffee in this place almost every day for two weeks while visiting. Clean, efficient baristas, comfortable chairs and tables by the windowed promenade in the Nina Tower. Average croissants but very good coffee, actually only coffee shop I found serving decaf in whole of Hong Kong, including Starbucks. A bit expensive. Two coffees cost more than local lunch.

Coffees are oversized, milky American style. The 'barista' advised me they use 7.5gm of coffee in their shot. And it's obvious. My extra shot in a Tall size (the smallest, I think 400ml) tasted no different to my partners without the extra shot. I took it back and asked for less milk and an extra shot, then spotted a smaller... More

Love the que set up for people to line up for service. Nobody can "mistakenly" jump the que. The order was taken promptly and there is sufficient number of staff to handle the heating of my brownie, pouring of my black coffee and making of my cappuccino!!! Successful example of division of labor and collaboration! There are lots of seating... More

Been there for breakfast. I still remember the taste of pork bbq burger. Well spiced, juicy. Hhhm. And the coffee is strong enough to wake you up

We stayed in Hong Kong for five days and often came across Pacific Coffee as it was conveniently located throughout the city. The coffee is ok but always way too hot (burnt my tongue!) and the chocolate donut we had was hard and stale. Also the service is fine but barely a smile. Go for the convenience only!

Visited a few Pacific Coffees in Hong Kong, particularly those in Happy Valley and Causeway Bay. We always feel we can guarantee the quality of the coffee which is good. We have never been disappointed. The extras, pastries etc are not so extensive as we have found in other brands, but the atmosphere is always friendly.

We visited several of their outlets in Hong Kong for late afternoon snacks. Not a great range of choices, but that wasn't necessary. Always found a place to sit for as long as we wanted and recharge our batteries. We started looking for them.
