Great concept in that you can decide what size you want the item in. It makes for sharing with a large group much easier. The quality of the food is so so. Some dishes are better than others. The quality was also better a few years ago. But I haven't eaten there in about 6 months

SML - small, medium or large. You order your drinks and some snacks in your preferred size. The first night we went to the bar side of the place during happy hour and I'm fairly certain that the M sized wine I had was bigger than the M sized wine I had the next night when we sat on the... More

The duck salad, at $95, has virtually no duck, and is very small. I therefore ordered an extra dish just to get a slight feeling of fullness, costing me over $130, and I still left hungry.

Hong Kong is an expensive place to eat, no question. After walking around Wan Chai and reviewing various eateries we foubd SML (acronym for small, medium or large). I ordered a chicken dish and my wife pork belly and we shared a side of vegetables which were fresh and well prepared. Drinks were pretty typical in price for HK and... More

Ordered Lasagna and Clam Linguine both taste very bland and shockingly poor based on the price listed. The Caesar Salad was average. Portioning in this joint was poor as well. The only bright side was the server from Philippine, she was obliging and polite. Oh the buy 1 free 1 on alcohol only available at the bar counter not on... More

Stopped here for lunch before going to a movie. Kids had burgers, I had a salad and a beer. Beer was good, salad was ok. Kids ate the burgers just fine. Place looked nice, not too full when we were there.

Come to Hong Kong at least once a year and have always enjoyed it here. Unfortunately did not eat here this year when I visited but did come here for a nice rooftop drink - service was slightly slow. When we first arrived we were practically the only people outside on the roof but once other customers came onto the... More

Big sign outside says "Buy one drink get one free before 8pm". At our table the waiter says this offer is valid only in the bar, not in restaurant. We order two rib- eye steaks with chips and two small glasses (10cl) of the cheapest wine. Food is average. Cost HKD 504.00 plus 10% service HKD 554.00.I give the waiter... More

I went on my own looking for a quick bite to eat. Ok, my mistake for ordering Spaghetti Carbonara outside of Italy. It was very very greasy, swimming in oil. Same with the garlic bread I ordered, very greasy, but this made it crispy and tasty, so this was ok. It's freezing in there though!!

The place looked ok from the outside. We looked at the menu. Not what we anticipated but we thought why not. Ordered Fajitas and Pork Belly Fajitas were inedible and resembled nothing like what fajitas should look like. Pork belly was less than average. Wait staff.. Nepali dodnt understand what a diet cole was and offered to add lemon to... More

Staying in Wan Chai / Causeway Bay

Neighbourhood Profile
Wan Chai / Causeway Bay
Wan Chai and Causeway Bay are the retail centres of Hong Kong Island. Filled with shops, malls and restaurants, both areas are bustling with people – tourists and locals alike. Causeway Bay has one of the highest rents on the planet, and is a bit more polished and modern than its Wan Chai counterpart. Beneath the surface there is more than meets the eye – find boutique stores in the above ground floors of buildings and wander into side streets to find interesting restaurants and shops tucked away from the main roads. Wan Chai especially has experienced a modern revival in recent times, with an influx of trendy restaurants and bars around the Star Street area. In addition, both areas contain many of Hong Kong’s iconic tourist attractions worthy of your visit.
