This restaurant is expensive but the food quality doesn't match totally. I'm a local Hongkonger, I'd never consider this restaurant. You have much more good choices in HK.

The crowds of mainlanders that usually frequent this place have mainly gone. It's now quite easy to get a table and the noise level is down. Grabbed a cutlet curry and iced lemon tea. Bliss.

Got into the restaurant late and order chicken and rice. The chicken is not so fresh and tasteless. The soup is just warm. The rice portion is small. The service is OK comparing with food quality. Overall the restaurant is not value for money.

over priced, overrated. It is over charging. Too touristy and crowded. Service was so so and breakfast too expensive

a little bit pricey but the quality is consistent recommend to go for breakfast or afternoon tea set If you want to get the local style, you should go to the street vendor in Template street.

It is over priced, compare to other Cha Chan Tin (tea eating place). The food quality is consistently maintained and service is OK. Lots of variety though

Both food quality and service turned bad after they were listed. The worst part is, they raised the price right after CNY given no significant improvement even lots of complaints received. Recommend ignorance on this crap and explore into more local restaurants with more reasonable price and good food quality.

Inexpensive local food, authentic cooking, a famous chain for a quick but decent meal well-loved by locals and has branches everywhere and this is one good sample.

Staying in Jordan / Yau Ma Tei

Neighbourhood Profile
Jordan / Yau Ma Tei
The Jordan and Yau Ma Tei neighbourhood is where you will find some of the more authentic areas of Hong Kong. Not as glamourous or busy as its neighbours Mong Kok to the north or Tsim Sha Tsui to the south, Yau Ma Tei is often mistakenly overlooked by visitors on their trips to Hong Kong. Exploring parts of this area makes you feel like you’ve been transported back in time. A large part of the neighbourhood draws from the rich history of Temple Street, stretching from Jordan to Yau Ma Tei, where a mix of dai pai dongs (outdoor restaurants), market stalls, fortune tellers and old karaoke bars bring out the history and culture of the area. The neighbourhood is a showcase of diversity – different ethnicities, cultures, and a mix of old and new.
