Multifaceted flavors compared to the Singapore dim sum we are familiar with. Chee cheong fun, chicken feet, char siew, polo buns and pork ribs were particularly memorable.

We went there for yum cha lunch. There was a good variety of dim sims to choose from. I found the crispy fried pork buns were exceptionally delicious. All dishes were fresh and yummy. The staff was friendly and efficient.
The name of the restaurant is Fu Sing Shark Fin and Seafood restaurant, but it is one of the best dim sum places that I have tried. Outstanding roast pork buns. Many dishes are creative improvement over traditional dim sum.
