We stayed at the Langham Hotel for a week, and on the last evening decided to dine at Ming Court. It was an excellent fine dining experience, the food was perfect and the service was the best I have experienced in a long time. Highly recommended.

Ate here on our last night in HK as a treat. It is expensive, but worth it. Atmosphere was very nice. We went for the "dugustation" menu with a selection of wines, which were a glass of champagne, a red and a white all very good. The food was a good selection from their menu, with some stunning dishes, not... More

I certainly have not had such a fine and excellent "Peking duck" for a long time........ Served in the pure Peking tradition I can only highly recommend it. Besides, the restaurant setting is quite pleasant, together with pretty good and friendly service.

Celebrated my birthday at the Ming. Fabulous food beautifully served. Don't expect westernized food. It doesn't exist in Hong Kong. Let the waiter choose for you, you wont be disappointed. They are happy to let you share courses so don't over order. Highly recommended

Michelin Starred Dim Sum! It was easily the best dim sum I've ever had. Everything tasted fresher than any other dim sum I've eaten—more tender, more crisp, more flavorful, less greasy

Visited Ming Court for dim sum lunch, and the experience was not disappointing at all. Set in a typical Chinese restaurant setting (fast paced service and noisy chatter amongst the diners), we ordered a variety of the usual dim sum but with a twist. Prawn dumpling (虾饺/ har gao) with black truffle, egg tarts with birds nest, yam cake (wu... More

Six of us dining but we were rushed and the food (tasting menu) began to appear quick and quick to the point where we suddenly realised they were closing and wanted us out! The manager was apologetic and made amends but overall, the food was average and the service, awful. Michelin really need to look a little closer as I... More

We had lunch here, the decor is very boring and the food was of high quality but boring, but so are many other chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. Not sure why it's 2 stars.

This was our first dinner in HK, and being tired from the flight, we headed downstairs from our room at the Langham Place Hotel after placing a phone reservation. We were greeted by pleasant and efficient staff. We ordered the wagyu and foie gras fried rice, roast goose and pigeon, fried asparagus in garlic and a beancurd and mushroom dish.... More
