If you wanna taste the original Chinese fondue you must pay a visit to that restaurant! The service is perfect and the food unforgettable. Ask for the fondue and choose the vegetables that you want to eat together with the meat. Go for the lamb meat which is the best and it will come thoroughly sliced to be cooked, mushrooms,... More

Really nice place with good food at reasonable price for family or friends’ gathering. We all loved the smoked egg, also deep fried shrimp with salted egg. Highly recommend to any others.

We ate there for lunch and we had really good food plus the service is really nice. The staff were all very attentive and didnt need you to call them. They took care of their guests well.

After having dinner at hurting and Brazilian steak house, this experience wasn't as good as many of the reviews suggested. My guess is that this is the type of food you would really like it or really dislike it The service was not good either, at least for us First he gave us the wrong drink then forget the water... Michelin restaurant with very poor selection of wine. Beijing duck was as usually nice, but seafood pie appeared to be an awful smelly soup. Noone frome staff knew english good enough to answer our questions.

Among the four main categories of Chinese cuisine, Huaiyangese stands for sophisticated flavours and classic combinations. This restaurant in the Royal Garden Hotel serves the best examples in Hong Kong. Highlights include the tea-smoked duck egg, the tofu and mashed fish slice, the light-fried melting fish, the drunken chicken and, for dessert, the Lily and lotus seed soup. Service here... More

We had an enjoyable hotpot dinner with mutton and dumplings. Spicy but not particularly tasty. The best part of the meal was the Peking Duck. Service was good. However, was unpleasantly surprised to find out that the meal was a lot more expensive than expected. Do not understand the Michelin rating

This restaurant is very conveniently located on Mody Rd in Tsim Sha Tsui (main shopping area in Kowloon next to harbour). Most of the larger hotels offer a shuttle service around Kowloon ( I assume it's same on HK Is side) so it was s 10 minute ride from the Harbour Grand ( in Whampoa Gardens area ). The important... An old friend of mine from Canada visited HK so I decided to have a reunion meal at Dong Lai Shun. I have visited this restaurant several times in the past and again, everything was above standard. A quiet table was requested and it was arranged. Service was decent and it was a cozy place for old friends to catch... More
