Located in the Crowne Plaza, but a separate business. Food and service were excellent. This was the best Peking Duck we tasted during our stay in China. Their house wine is mediocre (yellow tail). But we enjoyed our meal very much.

Private room, good food, good portions and very tasty. Worth a decent visit if not scared of a bit of adventure....
We had a traditional Peking Duck with thin slices wrapped in thin bread. Missed however the more unusual parts of the duck. Tasty crispy roasted skin but all in all not very special.
Crispy duck a speciality, but worth exploring the rest of the menu. Wang’s has got noticeably smarter in recent years, with table cloths and ebony chopsticks - at least downstairs. The waiters have limited, but enough, English, and anyway there is an English menu with pictures. Most of...the clientele remain Chinese, which gives it atmosphere. Portions are big, so worth taking friends and splitting dishes. Best food in Beijing? No. But it doesn’t pretend to be going for a Michelin star. And I would go to Mr Wang's in preference to any of the more pretentious restaurants in town.More
We decided to give this restaurant a try for lunch on Sunday. Surprisingly it was not jammed pack with diners. Most likely because it is located inside the Crown Plaza hotel. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, definitely a change of pace from the crowed...streets. The Peking duck was good, so was the scallion pancakes, the stir fried pancake strips. The noodle dishes on the menu were not available. The stir fried beef was on the tough side. Beer for 48 RmB a bottle was on the pricey side. Overall we enjoyed our meal and will return knowing what to order for our next visit, definitely staying away from the beer and beef.More
Found this place via TripAdvisor as we wanted some authentic Beijing food. So cheap and over ordered both times we went to try a bit of everything. Chinese beef is not good quality compared to Australian however their pork and chicken is great. Would recommend...for a safe restaurant feed and affordable ! Menu is in English as well.More
We had a private room for business dining and it worked very well. Great service and enough privacy for discussing the business. The rooms would seem to fit well also for a small private party. The food was most impressive including Beijing Duck and cook...slicing it for us very skillfully. The menue has many real Chinese delicacies to try out. Some of them might be a bit exotic for a westerner but surely worth trying. Pricing is also reasonable considering the quality of food and service. Wine list is also good.More
This place has the best food in Beijing. Reasonably priced and great atmosphere, especially with a group in a private room. Service was great and if you don’t speak the language, the menu is in English with pictures. Beer is beer. Would highly recommend for...dinner or lunch.More
This was a great restaurant. The Peking Duck was amazing. The rest of the vegetables and fried rice were also excellent. Service was superb.
The Peking Duck was the highlight of our meal. Half a duck per person is plenty as long as sides are ordered. And the price was very reasonable!
