Seriously. These were the most tender dumplings I've ever had. I'm still blown away by how they get the soup inside the dumplings! Prices are higher than other dumpling restaurants in Beijing but well worth trying at least once.

Treat yourself to this lovely cup of hot tea with a fresh slice of orange a brown sugar. It was so lovely to sit in this almost empty restaurant (we were there early) with our tired feet and sip hot sweet tea.
