Attention to details - both in the Open Kitchen & waiters. Well done! Will return for a longer stay.

The Cut Restaurant stands out as the pinnacle that many others try to reach, yet always fall short. Chef Chris and his team make every meal an experience to be savoured. Whether it be seafood or steak, the choice, quality, presentation and taste are second...More

Already reviewed in my hotel rating for the Fairmont. Excellent restaurant. The food and the service were excellent as was the surroundings.
excellent food but extremely pricey to the point that it just does not justify dining there.Service should be a bit better considering the cost.

I have ordered a stake, my wife ordered the salad. I must say the quality of the ingredients they have used and the chef's skill matches the price, about 100 USD for my stake, but service was not to the part.
If you like a great selection of beef, lamb, chicken and side dishes this is must for you. The free starters and wonderful.
