It was our first time at Jiko restaurant And we had an amazing Time. Our waiter Jackson was amazing and put us in a very Good atmosphere.

A1 service thanks to Isah who was patient and kind to us.The food was a 10/10 not forgetting the ambience. Would definitely recommend and come again❤

Dinner

The place has good ambience, the food is quite scrumptious and served in filling portions. Service by waiters was so prompt and kind. A special shout out to Jackson! Thanks for you friendly and prompt service! I hope mom brings us back here again 🤩

Amazing Staff!

We stayed at the Tribe for our trip to Nairobi and the staff went above and beyond every day for the entire trip. I'd like to specifically thank Raymond, Jackson, and Joseph at Jiko for their attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to help with...anything we needed. From drink recommendations to chats about local cuisine and culture, these gentlemen made the restaurant an absolute delight. I recommend Jiko to anyone traveling to Nairobi whether you're staying at the Tribe Hotel or not. If you are looking for a coffee and nothing else, don't leave without finding Raymond and having him make you a custom drink that will hit the spot every single time.More

Tribe Hotel

Great ambience, beautiful interior, and outdoor seating area by the pool. Vivian took good care of us She was well informed about everything on the menu, and shared a couple of great recommendations. I took my family for late lunch. Amazing place, lovely ambience, great vibes. The food was absolutely delicious. George served us but honestly, even though he had a bad day you don’t have to show your guests. I asked a few questions but he was...not helpful at all. Great customer service, delicious food and nice ambience

Good service from Geoffrey, the waiter who served us. The food was lovely too. We sat outside and got to enjoy the benefit of eating out together as a family without sacrificing privacy.
