The Customer service is excellent on the phone. However, their delivery service is absolutely shocking. I recommend anyone to buy food and eat from local steers restaurant and never to order in, They took up to 2hrs for my chicken order and they have this food ready to be served. I automatically sent them away and ordered elsewhere. This home... More

As a child, steers for me was great. Older now, I feel a bit sad that the standards of steers have gone down the drain. Right from the service, to the tiny greyish cheese burger i was suspicious of. Then the fries served cold. with sprinkles of spices at the top. I cannot imagine in future going here or recommending... More

Don´t ask me why, but I just love their ice cream. When I need to meet up with friends for a long chat in a quiet place within the city centre, this is where I run to. It is accessible, god customer service and affordable prices.

Stopped over at Muindi Mbingu branch for steak and chips. Food arrived in 20 minutes as promised. The chips were good and the steak was tender and tasted good as well. The BBQ sauce was super. The glasses that served our juice were chipped. Maintenance required. Re-do the interior or lose all your customers to upcoming "coffee houses".

I recently traveled and had an opportunity to sample burgers in 4 different countries. Though the burgers were good, none could beat our Steers burger! None! The Steers burger is delicious, the cheese makes it tasty and edible even without a drink. Well done Steers.

There's something about Kenyan junk food that I just love, and Steers was no exception. It tasted wonderful. I remember there was once a ball pit in the back for kids to play in and I'm sad to see it's gone. I'll definitely go back to Steers if I ever have the chance to return to Kenya.
