The food is freshly prepared - you can taste the freshness. The Injera is made with teff, not rice flour which makes a difference in truly appreciating Ethiopian food. The Shelack tibs (fried goat) and the dora tibs (fried chicken pieces) are excellent. The atmosphere...More
I stopped eating here a while ago, because their food wasn't very good (I know because I am Habesha. You are better off, trying one of the other options, like Abyssinia or Asmara) , the service was sub par and a lot of my friends...More
Have now been here multiple times. Love the place. Very affordable, lovely atmosphere and great food. What you can't eat they are happy for you to take away with you.
Being a lover of Ethiopian food, this restaurant reminds me of being in Ethiopia. You get a lot for you money- Quantity and quality! Th only downside is the waiters lack of Swahili or English. He was constantly speaking to us in Amharic which none...More

Some of the best Ethiopian food I have eaten, pleasant seating with garden and safe parking. The dishes are quite generous, could be shared between 2.
Interesting place to have a huge flapjack with different kind of sauce. Some people may not find it tasty, but always good to try smth completely new. Place good for friends, family with children and groups of tourists.
For first-timers I recommend getting the mixed dish (available in vegetarian or meat), shiro, and shekla tibs (goat meat with rosemary). This will give you a sampling of a lot of different things and will feed 3-4 people.
