I visit Kosewe very often as I work in the vicinity. My choice of meal is always fried Tilapia fish with brown ugali. The portion size is always giving value for money, the service is quick, consistent and delicious.

The whole fried fish was spectacular. Top 3 whole fish dishes I've ever had. The roasted beef dishes both had a distinct charred flavor, but it seemed intentional. They were still very good. The chapati was the best I've had. The courtyard is cute and...More

Excellent food, poor location and sitting setting. I wish they'd open another branch at a different location, or that they would offer delivery service

This place was recommended to us by local Kenyans. The fish is really good but everything is worth trying. We had fish, goat stew with chapati and some white and brown clay like stuff. Most friendly staff as in many places in Kenya.

The place with the best matumbo mbuzi (goat tripe meat), their fish is also very well done. Enjoy the ugali ya brown and fish and when available you can order the oil they use to cook their food. This is where you will find a...More

My friend described the chicken as ‘like tasty boot leather’, although the fish was pretty good I thought. You had to pay before you went up to get any food and they don’t have menus that they will bring to your table. It wouldn’t be...More

I cannot recall. Although the food is displayed in a buffet like manner, each dish is priced separately. It is definitely inexpensive and affordable by Nairobi standards.
