Called in for Sunday lunch and as others have put the place resembles a large canteen/cafeteria. Staff were pleasant and service was good. We went to the counter and asked what the particular dishes were and I think the word is 'traditional'. A lot of...More

I have visited this restaurant twice. It caters to a multi ethnic audience, with an emphasis on traditional foods from Western and Nyanza in Kenya. One of the best dishes that you must try is fried Tilapia from Lake Victoria. I tried the mbuzi choma...More

Like every African restaurant, it helps if you know what you are ordering. The pay first routine is unique and makes the process of ordering quite efficient. The fish is fresh off the boat...as they claim. I'd give it 5 stars if the customer service...More

Centrally located at the heart of Nairobi, easily accessible, K'Osewe is great haven for African food. The food is fresh and well cooked. The place is usually busy over peak hours and good to visit early lunch or dinner.

This restaurant is just perfect for African food. They serve it piping hot and fresh. It's always full and noisy: sort of like the sweet spot of a college party. But they run out of food early and that have trouble keeping the place clean...More

Great place to go to sample Kenyan cuisines. The staff were more than helpful and explained what everything was before we ordered. I had coconut fish with chapati and my brother had fried fish and u galileo and sukuma wiki. Really tasty and reasonably priced.

I cannot recall. Although the food is displayed in a buffet like manner, each dish is priced separately. It is definitely inexpensive and affordable by Nairobi standards.
