The food here is really good with a wide choice. Wood recommend their own sausages. We had steak which just melted in our mouths. This restaurant was so good we visited it three times in one month.

I had the pork cheek salad and it was outstanding, bread was truly delicious and a good variety of drinks, wines, cheeses.... Ideal to have a break and have some western flavours

The expat community calls this place home--for its really good gelato and European cheeses. The whole roasted chicken with sides for takeaway is pretty good (but not amazing). I find Sharkeys overrated, but when you tire of the local fare, I suppose it is a nice alternative. The hotfog is not as good I had hoped for, they do not... More

Had dinner here with together with two colleagues. The restaurant is right next to the Savoy Hotel. We had our dinner on the outside terrace, where guest are kept cool with a cool water mist. I had a lasagna which was not the best I have ever eaten, a bit soggy with hardly any lasagna leaves in it. My colleagues... More

Have been there for many times. The roasted chicken may be their signature dish and its very rich in flavour and the tendorness is great . All veggies and salad is organic . Large selection of wines and the pasta is also delicious .

This is next door to the Rangoon Tea House and it has some really nice touches, mat uder the plates are old film type posters, the decor and the atmosphere are really good, but for us it was just a nit to expensive for beer and a cocktail. Prices have been pused and and you can help feeling that you... More

By contrast with other restaurants in Myanmar, Sharky's was relatively expensive, although not by European standards. The food was absolutely excellent, especially the aubergine dip and fresh pitta bread, huge and delicious salads, authentic pizzas and incredible gelato. While it's not a taste of Myanmar's (lovely) cuisine, it makes for a very delicious dinner. Recommended.

Sharky's prides itself on using local products and I visit the restaurant onPansodan quite frequently for lunch. Today we stopped in Dhammazedi store to pick up a roast chicken which comes with roast potatoes. This we do about once or twice a month. Today the staff seemed to be celebrating something as it looked like everyone was drinking some kind... More

Thanks so much for your feedback. Please accept our sincere apology for what happened at Dhammazedi and we have also reviewed our CCTV to clearly investgate the issue and took necessary action on this matter. Proper handle of food and hygiene are what we pay close attention at Sharky and we will be extra cautious of this in the future.... More

Nice, inexpensive place for a pizza, salad, coffee... Especially if you are staying at the Savoy where dining is pricy. Wish they had more vegetarian options. We were there one day during the monsoon when the compoing got completely flooded. They got a taxi for us, place their own benches from the doorway into the taxi so my elderly mother... More
