Great Indian food, great customer service, lovely clean restaurant. Great prices too. I discovered that 2 people could actually share 1 dish.

The poppadoms were ok. But the curries were abominable. My butter chicken was more like a dark brown korma. When I questioned if the wrong dish had been delivered (we were the only people in there) the young waiter said his brother made it and...had told him it was the 'australian style butter chicken'. I think you would get a more authentic butter chicken at Westfield! My husbands curry was neither korma, balti, jalfezi or any known type of curry and was not appetising at all particularly as he had ordered it hot, indian hot and it was mild. The sides of naan and raita were ok but way overpriced by any countries standards. Not worth another chance in my opinion.More

Thank you for taking your time to review Spice. I apologize for the bad experience of Spice. Our food is flavorful, tasty and filling. If there is a problem at the table we are willing to have the chef make it right. My young waiter...More

My family is a big fan of Indian and one day we drove past Spice and we knew we just had to try it, very glad we did. We were greeted with by the friendly owners who welcomed us with open arms. There was 6...of us and we all got different dishes, I am vegetarian and was able to easily choose from a couple of different vegetarian dishes. Before the food came out we had a lovely chat with the owner she and her husband are so lovely and we shared many laughs. The food was amazing! all the dishes we had were yummy in their own way but our favourite was vegetable korma, you could taste so many wonderful flavours and spices. The serving was larger than any other Indian we ever tried. We all loved Spice so much and just had to come back for another visit before our trip back home. Thank you to the wonderful owners and the amazing chef who made this visit unforgettable. We would highly recommend this special place to everyone.More

My friend and I visited here for dinner and were not disappointed! The owner is wonderful and very friendly - he runs a wonderful little business. The restaurant itself is impeccably neat and clean - I couldn’t spot a dusty shelf let alone any mess...on tables. Such a clean and tidy (and beautifully decorated) little spot. We tried the vegetarian eggplant dish and it was delicious - the ingredients were fresh, the spice was just right, and the flavours were beautiful. We would happily return, should we visit Port Vila again.More

Great Indian food, family owned and operated by a family hailing from Hawaii - they were very friendly and keen on fresh ingredients. Lots of dishes, including an entire page of vegetarian options, with vegan options available. We were also able to take home leftovers....Nice ambiance and very family friendly. Not cheap, but worth the cost!More

We were skeptical to try Indian food in Vanuatu and being Indian we can sometimes be critical of restaurant Indian food. However, we went to try it out and I was pleasantly proven wrong. An American family (including the chef) running an Indian restaurant-brave! and...they are doing an excellent job. Edmund is very friendly, the food is great and each curry is different and made with love (although we have plenty of Indian options in Melbourne but often all curries taste very similar and how often do we have unclean Indian restaurants with poor service?), the service and cleanliness is very good, especially given only one person does it all in the front. We went twice and highly recommend this place. The Tanna coffee is excellent too.More

Would highly recommend. Great service, comfortable and nice food. I had the chicken tikka and then a vegetable-based main which was really nice. Will definitely be back.
