The location is very nice and also the welcome from the people who work there. They have a menu with many choices (meat or fish or vegetarian ), that can cover all the different kind of food. The wine was very good, and can be chosen from a huge wine list. Dry good service from smiling polite people. Highly recommended

Was recommended by concierge at Le Meridien. Was told it was some of the best french food in the city. We certainly agreed after today's meal. Amazing food, generous servings, wonderful waiter who quickly realised we don't speak much french and happily conversed in English and gave us english translated menu's. Overall really enjoyable, lovely atmosphere and would not hesitate... More

The restaurant must do a lot of business during tourist season, it had its meals down pat, and could push out the covers very quickly. An English menu made the ordering quite easy. It is in a slightly more tourist location, but the quality of the food did not suffer. We shared the curried crab gratin for entree and had... More

We had a great meal here. Considering the type of food it was quite reasonably priced and so great to eat something different to burgers and chips that you mostly get on the island. You pay the same price regardless of what you order so you can either pay for an entree and main or entree, main and dessert. The... More

We enjoyed the entrees and desserts at this restaurant. I was a little confused by my main which seemed an unusual combination of things but perhaps I am not understanding the "80s bistro vibe". Waiter cleared the table after two of the courses while one of us was still eating. Also didn't come back to see if anyone wanted to... More

We are at this restaurant after it was recommended by our hotel concierge. We were getting frustrated as food in noumea is expensive and very different to Australia. This restaurant impressed. An English menu made ordering a breeze and the staff were very happy to accomodate us and help us with ordering. They even called us a taxi after we... More

Like most restaurants in Noumea, it's dated and full of the 80s techniques, however there's something charming. Staff are friendly, but short in the local way. Food is generous and far better value than many of the tourist traps. Great wine list. The best meal I've had in the area

Made a reservation here on the strength of the TripAdvisor reviews & we were not disappointed. We sat inside which was quiet & cool. The staff were not overly friendly but nevertheless quite professional. The menu is small but varied & there was a specials board. You can choose a 2 course or a 3 course meal. We had mains... More

We found friendly attentive service from the moment we called in to make a reservation. The curried crab and fish gratinee entree was good but a special savoury Creme Brûlée of prawns and fish was absolutely sublime!!!!! The mains of Duck and Beef both beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. We shared the Apple Tart and so pleased it took... More

Like all of Noumea, overpriced for what it is. The wine list is excellent but the food was a bit heavy. My wife has a gluten allergy and they were not helpful. (She is French so this was not a language issue.) The waitress came back to the table and asked if she could eat cream. I worry about an... More
