I have lived in Bogota for almost a year and this is the most unique restaurant I have experienced. The menu features dishes from the Pacific coast of Colombia and the Amazon that are certainly more flavorful and adventurous than any of the traditional Colombian restaurants I have tried. The service is excellent in a cozy atmosphere. But, review your... More

Mini Mal was a great restaurant! I was with a very mixed group of people totallying 12. The service was amazing and the food was second to none. The only thing that I would say is a negative to this place is how hidden it was. A couple in our group tried to search out the restaurant one day previous... More

A funky, hip restaurant in Bogota. I had the quinoa salad and my husband had the fish for dinner. We had the squid for dinner as an appetizer as well. Great service. Charming ambiance.

This restaurant is a little hidden gem. The food is very tasty with innovative recipies for old time dishes and new ideas of how to combine the ingredients. The atmosphere was great and the service, even if a bit slow, was very nice. Is is also noteworthy that they have very good vegetarian dishes

Lots of choice for us vegetarians. Lovely staff and good atmosphere. Very popular with tourists - and pretty hard to find! We failed totally the first time. It's almost hidden up a flight of steps.

Great place to try the Pacific cuisine of Colombia. Very nice interior design, a house turned into restaurant. Excellent service and very helpful tips made the dinner experience even better. Not that expensive at all. Got the granadilla and guanabana juices both of which were amazing. No wines here unfortunately, only cocktails and beers. Would def come back here again... More

This restaurant excels in preparing dishes with very well thought through local content and local creativity. We had a sumptuous meal starting with the cocktail based on Viche (a local brew from the Pacific). Two starters were outstanding including Tumaco (crab and plantain) and Tigre's Colorados (shrimp). On the main courses many good choices, I highlight two that we really... More

We had a wonderful dinner here: awesome food, perfect service, very friendly and competent staff (Fabi). As it was so hard to decide for a dish (everything sounded so great), we asked for some recommendations and they appeared to be delicious. We had: arullos, pork rips cooked in dark beer, fish (catch of the day), chocolate cake. We had the... More

More than the food itself, which was excellent, Mini Mal excels at the friendliness of the staff and also the super originality of its dishes. Every plate we had had something different, cool and quirky about it. From the ants topping the braised beef, to the basil and tomato on top of our calamari and also the coconut waffles which... Description
This small restaurant is also the base of a design bureau. The fusion food served here is an amazing mix of the most delicious Colombian flavors. Coastal recipes meets traditional fruit desserts, along with some delicacies that are exotic even for the locals. I have lived here for a long time and this place is a revelation.
