I love this hotel. I think, for the decor, the quality of the rooms, and the beautiful restaurant/bar on site, it's a great option for Bogota. The hotel is converted from an old house and the rooms are all nicely appointed with antique looking, Restoration Hardware style furnishings. The location, for Bogota, is good. The neighborhood is safe, closely located... More

We had 2 breakfast's at the Casa Medina. The buffet line was top notch, fresh, and an assortment of about every breakfast food item usually offered. They also have an a-la-carte menu. I tried the French Toast which was outstanding. Coffee & an offering of several juices are served by an attentive table staff. A good dinner menu is offered.... More

First time in Bogota for me and meeting up with some local friends. What an amazing place. Great cocktails, great food. (Do try the risotte) and skilled bartenders. The bar is a very relaxed place in the midst of an old case. Worth the money!

The oxtail and mushroom risotto was absolutely delicious. The meat was really tender and the rice perfectly cooked. It was cold in the restaurant, and the staff provided me with a blanket.

Review of the terrace restaurant.. Totally surprised to be provided with such a fantastic steak for only $20. Only sour feeling was that my wine glass was topped up (with a tiny amount) without being asked, I was charged for a 2nd glass. And I thought the waiter was just making a gesture as he could see how much I... More

Our first trip to Bogoa was greatly enhanced by our stay at Casa Medina. Very well located to walk around after dark to fine restaurants and shopping. We were impressed with the hotel staff and especially Carolina at the front desk. Besides being beautiful she was helpful and wanted to make sure our stay was excellent. Suggest that you not... Reserved a private area for a business lunch. Salmon with salad was outstanding. Perfectly cooked (not overdone) with Asian implied dressing. Was pricey. But worth it. Nice rustic atmosphere in this classic hotel,

This restaurant is an small place inside the Casa Medina boutique hotel, the is recommend if you make a reservation, the menu is not very big, but with enough variety, to make you think twice before you pick one, as well the dessert menu make impossible don't fall down.
