This bar can easiiy be missed, even for those staying at the Hotel Europa itself. Head to the top floor by lift and, having exited, climb the stairs to a fairly large bar with far reaching views over the city.
The barmen pays special attention to the making of Pisco Sours and they were so delicious I had to have another! It's an excellent place for small functions and was lively and an enjoyable experience.

We went to the Lounge twice and it is comfortable with nice views. After reading other reviews we were surprised that food was offered. The bar staff on both nights were drinking beer and eating their dinner at the bar. Service was regrettably slow nothing was offered. We liked the view though.

The place is very nice, service good, meals not many option and for any reason not many people there, the city view form here is good, if you look for a quiet place place not crowded place is a very good option. The llama burger is very good.

It's disgusting.
You walk in and all you smell was smoke. We went to the other side of the room and the bartender said we could open our windows. Really? It was 37 degrees outside.
If we hadn't had a coupon for a free drink, we would have left

On the other hand, the Euro Lounge is the only place in the Hotel where smoking is allowed (indoors) anyway, we will be passed this observation to the department in charge.
