Shawarma Time
I ordered the spicy chicken shawarma. Fresh juice of orange and pomegranate.
Chicken shawarma was delicious.
Spicy sauce made it even better.
Not served with any pickles.
Orange and pomegranate juice was cold and refreshing.
Nice spacious dining area.
Staff are friendly and polite.
Paid parking space is available.

2nd time to buy food from here.
Store incharge has a POS machine for a reason! And he just swiped our card. We do not need the extra dirhams you took from the US.. all we need is “honesty”.. it was very awkward that you charge a wrong amount!! Your servings were very less from the shawarma to sauces.. You’ll loose customer for being very stingy with everything.
Shawarma chicken were so dry!
To all readers i highly reccoment “Bait Al ketyar” if you’ll go for shawarma plater.. I wil not return to this place even with discounts! Not worth it! Small Refreshments who serve shawarma were better than yours honestly...

Average shawarma... Could be alot better
The cashier is not as friendly, shawarma is bland and really lacking sauce.

The restaurant outside sitting is quite bad! The chairs and tables were very unsightly too! The cushions were full of stains! They definitely need to improve this! The sitting inside the restaurant is fine! The food is good & tasty! The shawarma platter was AED 30 but portion was small! Their dynamite chicken was very tasty! They had free lentil soup for all! We asked for it and they served us in a cup! It was nice too! It’s more worth it if you have purchased Groupon!

I had been there already several times and every time I enjoyed my food and service. But the most i like in this place it's nice ambiance and so friendly stuff especially Mika. She is so smiley and cute!

I have been here twice in the last 2 weeks. The food is delicious, it's reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and welcoming. They also offer free soup which was very tasty.

The food is good here. It is a bit upscale compared to the traditional, hole in the wall, shawarma establishments. Good to eat here at least once.

Hope to can visit us again and perhaps more often than expected once you become aware of other menu items that are more affordable. It's worth to mention that our shawarmas are prepared with thawed skin-on chicken breast sourced from the UAE and lean beef topside; traditionally, shawarmas are prepared with whole chicken (including its 55% fat and skin) and a mix of frozen beef cuts.

I went and order and waited in the car till they prepare the food.
it was not crowded at all, almost me only.
The lamb shawarma wasn't available so I got stuck with the chichem shawarma which was so dry and not tender.
I order a plate and sandwich.
At night, I couldn't sleep and my friend told me that he had diaries all night.
Not sure if it was the bad garlic or chicken or the tomato, but it was an unpleasant night.
This restaurant used to be way better.
I paid by credit card and keep all receipts.

As side note, usually dry hard chicken is a sign of over cooking and do not expose any health risk to the consumer. Hope you feel better though.

This restaurant used to be Shawarma number one restaurant, but it is not maintaining its rank! The last time I visited the restaurant, I couldn't believe what I've seen in the bathroom! It was very dirty and full of water, and several items were not working. Although I'm not there to go for a bathroom! But there is a secret rule in restaurants! That is if you want to know how clean is the kitchen, then visit the bathroom!! This will give you a clue how the kitchen would be!
