Hi Everyone. I am here to give a brief review of Aqua Lounge which is located on the 7th floor of Marriot Marquis, City Centre. It is an beautiful place , doha skyline is breathtaking at night and the weather is lovely to just sit...and relax the night away. Last night we walked across to aqua lounge and after the salutations we told them we had a reservation for 7:30pm. They quickly flipped the pages of the book and said they can’t find it.. we were patient enough and asked if they could look again. They said no need, they took our details again and showed a table in a Dark Corner. We requested for another table where there was light and comfy since we it was virtually empty. After hesitation they showed us another place but overlooking the massive air conditioning of Carrefour building. We requested to move to the adjacent table which had a beautiful view of doha skyline and it was light up and sofa seats. They said they have to go and ask. We patiently waited.. . Came back and said “It is reserved.” All tables had a reservation on them even the one they pushed us to have. (Is it because we are not dressed in long white robes or Black abayas?)🧐 We gently tried to explain that we had made our reservation earlier and that it wasn’t our fault that they messed it up. And asked how how do they know if it wasn’t us who reserved it? They were rude and we told them we will just go eat elsewhere. They said “Ok” we Gracefully walked away, no one apologized or asked us to stay back.. We went to Newyork Steakhouse on the second floor where they recognized us and we were warmly welcomed, we told them we have no reservation tonight and explained the ordeal at the aqua lounge. They told us we are are frequent guests and it didn’t matter we had no reservation. At the end of the night the manager came and apologize on behalf of the aqua lounge and gave us free cheese cake for desert and took care of the side dishes. (I will review them soon) You wonder how two restaurants can be so different with their customer service. AQUA LOUNGE IS A NO GO ZONE FOR ME!More

Arabian nights with drinks from the West. An open air bar which offers nice views at all hours of the day. There are also a few covered private rooms to reserve. Beer options are not great, but all the well-known alcoholic beverages are available. Sisha...is also available in the evenings. Very good and fast service. Everyone speaks English. Although alcohol is not allowed in most public places, prices are normal. From the first day we were at Marriott's pool, I thought of evening drinks on the balcony of the Aqua Lounge, with the wonderful view of the illuminated skyline and Doha city. Luckily I did it only last night and it was really worth my expectations.More

Visited this place many times and it is becoming my favorite spot in Doha, mainly because of the staff and the atmosphere. The hotel is situated in the heart of Doha which is very near to the city center where the aqua gives a spectacular...view of doha.A good variety of shisha and a decent drinks selection as well. We visited this restaurant last December. Ordered few drinks and 2 bottles of beers. We waited for our beers half an hour and for drinks 45 minutes. 8 of us were thereLemon mint never arrived which was the easiest to make never arrived. Food came...before drinks.
