This place was so good for so long, but my last couple of visits were disappointing. The food isn't tasty and the place is very tired.

My daughters love oriental food, so i remembered an old place that i use to eat in when i was young. Still had the same old look , the food was not as great as i use to remember and was a bit expensive for the value of food. Try it you may like it

I first ate here back in the 1970's when the New York Times reviewed the place and gave it the wonderful review that it deserved at that time. In the years since it has gone downhill. Way downhill. The food is very greasy , overpriced and the place is not very clean.

I used to dine at that place since late 80's, when it was managed by Abu Khalil himself, I tried to dine there last night out of nostalgia. We stood for several minutes before anyone notice that we are waiting even thought that the place was semi empty. After we got seated and waited for 17 minutes for someone to... More

This is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Amman, Great food, service and prices...portions are satisfying too. The restaurant is in the old section of Amman , so the neighbourhood is really nice to stroll around. And yes, they do serve alcohol.

I think it's 30+ years old, however still has great Chinese food with very reasonable prices of food and alcoholic drinks, it's very nice old style house in one of the oldest neighborhood in Jabal Amman area. Very busy over lunch time during the holiday however maintains great quality and service speed, I would recommend it always to anyone.
