Great tasty authentic food. Very causal sit down place. Great service, a lot of seating. Very cheap for a lot of food. The hummus is amazing. Everyone in Jordan goes here, tourists and locals.

We went here for lunch on a Saturday and had to wait a short while before managing a table in the far corner. The place was packed with both locals and tourists. We had the Falafel meal with the accompaniments (except fries). Awesome food. I’ve...More

Again, Hashim still one of the most popular restaurants in Amman in general and in the down town specifically due to its high-quality of food with moderate prices compared to the other restaurants. Thus, Hashim should be your first destination for your first meal in...More

So unclean and food is below average. My biggest put off is the hygiene which is close to zero in this place!

This restaurant has a prime spot occupying an alley of al Kaiam street. It serves five things which are all delicious and dirt cheap: falafel, foul, hummus, french fries and tea. If you can, sit in the alley as opposed to one of the less...More

It's a local place that our Jordanian guide took us to and would be a real bonus to international travelers! It has fantastic food - the best we had on our 15 day trip to Israel and Jordan. All vegetarian: three different kinds of hummus, stuffed and regular felafel, fresh tomatoes and onions, what we would call French fries.
