We stopped here for brunch today and loved it. We had a great spot outside in the sun. Service was friendly and quick. Delicious granola; scrambled eggs, veggie dips, orange juice and coffee; along with ham and bread. Reasonably priced-we would recommend stopping by!

Lulu has so much promise. It's cute. Location is nice. The food is fine. More or less like the average Tel Aviv cafe food. The problem is the coffee. It's just bad. I have tried it a number of times and it's undrinkable every time.

I had an hour for lunch around this area and went for the 1st time to lulu. They have a quite tempting lunch deal in terms of value. Ordered Arancini for first course and Chicken schnitzel for main. The arancini were very dry and tasteless and the schnitzel was average with a very bad mash potatos on the side. The... More

I had the eggs benedict and they're among the best I've had in Tel Aviv. Located north, near basel square area.

Lulu is a nice cafe with interesting dishes. Wine and food you can enjoy in a relaxed atmosphere and discreet music in the background.

Wonderful spot, awful and arrogant service. Initially we had a nice enough male waiter and then was sent a very bitter looking waitress. She got orders mixed up constantly, forgot to open a bottle of tonic to go with the gin that was now melting in the glass. I don't recommend this place. Below average drinks and poor service. No... Beautiful coffee shop/restaurant in one of the chic-est areas of Tel Aviv. I sit here regularly for early morning breakfasts on Saturdays with the salmon Benedict or afternoon/evening dinners with friends. Great menu, friendly servers, in a very well themed venue. Definitely recommend to anyone in town.

Lulu is in the quiet neighborhood of Basel. I came with my two grown daughters. The atmosphere was perfect for a quiet afternoon together. The service was attentive and friendly. And the food was yummy. Highly recommended.

Well appointed and comfortable cafe in which to stop and drink a coffee / tea. Situated in the Basel area which is a nice part of town to wonder around in and look at the shops Didn't eat but the food looked OK and from what I saw people were enjoying their meals.
