Short, but to the point menu. Bril to find such a place, bit out of main drag, thus not overwhelmed with people. Good quality food.

Tala hummous does not do the best hummous in Jerusalem (that's Ben Sira), but they do do the best falafel, hands down, no argument. I've eaten falafel all over the city and indeed Israel and it just doesn't compare. I like to take people here...More

Too small shawarma. The chicken was blend, not so much inside my bread. I didnt like it. I do live in a city full of shawarma places, so I know what Im talking about. The "fresh" lemonade wasnt fresh, it still had some lemon in...More

We found this place from the Tripadvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. The humus, falafel and meat skewers were delicious. If we had been in Jerusalem for more days, we would have come here again for sure.

Great falafel and fresh orange juice, friendly service, air con and wifi, a quieter location few steps away from the crowds.

I visited Hummus & Falafel Tala at the end of my Old City Free Walking Tour, upon the recommendation of my guide & was not disappointed. A pleasant little restaurant inside, quick service & a tasty falafel pitta for only 15 shekels.

Close to the western wall and all the main attractions. Typical middle eastern food and it was very very good. Shake hula with eggs was delicious and so was the hummus and Tehina. Very friendly staff. Big recommendation

We both stopped for lunch. Had the chicken shawarma lunch. All good although the chicken was a tad bit salty compared to how we are accustomed to it. The fries were fried in an oil that left and unpleasant taste although not bad just a...More
