We went to Sheyan twice when in Israel. Once before and once after Passover. We were staying next door at the Kings, so it was very convenient. The food and presentation were wonderful!!

We've eaten too much pizza and burgers in Israel, and falafel! Excited to find this Chinese place by where we were staying. Seemed to be very popular with locals (vs tourists). Food was expensive, but amazing! Like the best Chinese ever. Excellent service, would go...More

We had high expectations but were very disappointed. Positives: beautiful decor Negatives: despite only one other table occupied they seated us right next to them. And then the next couple to come in were seated adjacent to us. We asked for soup without soup mix/msg...More

The Little House in Rechavia could not have warmer, or more accommodating. It is perfectly located. Nothing is not within a reasonable walking distance. Well priced.

I feel like my review of Sheyan is coloured by the fact that I was desperate for some non-Israeli food by the time I got to this restaurant. So, while I've given Sheyan a rating of "very good" that is contextual. It's very good Asian...More

dim lighting and great service - but focus was on the big spenders; wine was pricey so we didn't order and service diminished; food was plenty and tasty; deserts not very imaginative

What have you done since you were notified about the wine that you served in late October that turns out to not look so kosher (allegedly the winery was made kosher in 2003 and you were serving us 1999 Castel). Otherwise we always love your place. I tried calling, but couldn't get through to anyone...wanted to email but you don't seem to offer that- m apologies if I missed it. YZ

Not sure. Best to call them, I'd say. Their service is not known to be stellar, so I wouldn't just go assuming they'll be helpful. My celiac neighbors love to go to "agas v'tapuach" which is a dairy restaurant near the... More
