We had an excellent experience at Mamila Rooftop! The food was amazing, the view magnificent and the staff, especially our waitress Gili, were really nice and professional. If you want to have a lucrative dinner viewing he old city, we highly recommend this place.

This restaurant has a view of all Jerusalem. It also has excellent service and food. I especially recommend the beef carpaccio, which has a fantastic slice of beef with a drizzle of balsamic reduction, topped by a small mountain of baby greens. Not be missed.

We stayed at the Mamilla Hotel, so it was a no brained to try it out. We love it so, we came back for another dinner 2 nights later. It was that good. I had to eat the goose breast because I so rarely see it on a menu. It was scrumptious. The service the second night was a bit... More

I splurged for my final night in Jerusalem and was able to get a Thursday-night (read: "Saturday night") table here. The restaurant is non-dairy kosher, and I found it fascinating how creamy textures were created without using dairy products. For example, the delicious green pea soup used silken tofu and chickpeas to achieve the mouth feel of a cream base.... More

Since we stayed at Hotel Mamilla, we thought of dining on the Rooftop restaurant. The view of the old city, was fabulous, the staff very cheerful but found the found very average compared to the price we paid. However a good ambience and enjoyed our meal.

Nothing particularly wrong with this restaurant but it could be really special. They were serving a middle eastern barbeque when I was there. Good but no better than you can get in thousands of small restaurants around the world. Being outside is lovely but the views aren't that special. You are quite far from teh old city and though you can... More

Where you stay at the hotel or not, this restaurant is not to be missed. Great view, nice tables, excellent service - they even made an effort to speak different languages to us and we were mixing English, Spanish and French. Food is also excellent, one of the best meals in Jerusalem. It is not cheap, but you get what... More
