I loved this restaurant! Everything I had was so good - fresh and flavorful and delicious. I would definitely advise doing the price fix maze menu. Even though it says for two people, I was a single traveler and they still let me do it,...More

Superb presentation matched by fine wine and food at reasonable prices just opposite the Pera Palace Hotel. We found this impossible to beat. Just off the shopping streets of Galata district. The fish is extraordinary and the salads are fresh and adventurous. The reputation as...More

Here you have a fantastic choice to enjoy Turkish food experience in a small and cute restaurant. We had d large Degustation menu, 5 delicious classic Turkish meze, very tasty and high quality. Then the SUPERB shrimp, with a curry like sauce with saffron. Finally...More

Meze was just what we needed after a long day of walking around grand bazar. Upon arrival we were given a choice of a fixed price menu with 3 or 5 mezze as options or a la carte. We went for 5 meze. Waiter took...More

Staff is helpful, always smiling. Meze's are not your typical ones. I have to tell you, don't go for extraordinary taste but interesting (and sone of them never heard of) mezes. Beef and lamb is good but their strong suit is fish.

Eaten here twice now and both times the food was tasty and varied. Come hungry if you want to tackle the Degustation Menu as there's a lot of food for two but just as easy to order a la carte. Prices are a little higher...More

We went for dinner at mezze by lemon tree as it was strongly suggested by a friend of us. We weren't disappointed. The mezzes were all very sophisticated, like a mix between classical mezze and some modern influences. The mezzes and main dishes were delicious....More

Vibrant atmosphere, good service, good wine and good food (lamb chops were amazing and good choice of mezes). On the expensive side but very good dining experience.

Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal
Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night
and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights,
shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of
people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive
Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of
the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned
restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening

Would probably work if the baby could sit on your lap. Otherwise, probably not too well.
