It is one of the famous places in Tashkent where you can have uzbek meals and georgian vine in Uzbekkistan, though it is a bit expensive than ordniary cafe and restaurants, but i think it is must visit place in Tashkent .

A place is nice with positive atmosphere. Although touristic, you get some locals eating there as well. The food selection is traditional Uzbek. Tasty, but again nothing really exeptional. But this is the rule here. Staf wass a bit confused, but at the end we got what we ordered. All in all good experience with good local white and red... More

We tried the Caravan Pilav and a variety of cold and warm appetizers - all of which were very tasty. Caravan is a safe place to enjoy Uzbek food without having to be concerned about freshness of the food

Followed by soup it was spinach ( delicious) . The main course was melt in your mouth stuffed cabbage, pepper and tomato. The restaurant has a nice ambience... More

I have visited Caravan many times over the past 8 years. The last visit a few weeks ago was not surprising. The restaurant maintains its high standards of Uzbek food and the overall ambiance remains very good. I and a friend were able to sit in a smoke-free area of the restaurant and had a very good time. The is... More

Went for dinner after work. Charming decor with old antiques, ikat and embroidery. Beautiful pottery for sale. Table Service and food left much to be desired. Food not very flavorful, meat rather dry. Wouldn't go back.

The Caravan was just around the corner from our hotel, the not so Grand Orzu, and we were very pleased that it turned out to be an excellent choice for dinner. We ate there several times during our stay in Tashkent and were impressed with the selection of traditional Uzbek foods, the good, though a bit sedate, service and the... More
