In Phnom Penh for a quick business trip. Dropped in to Pop"s on a friends recommendation. Suffice is to say, we were not disappointed. Food was fresh, interesting, and delicious with a Italian meets Cambodian fusion. Cocktails were beautiful and the staff were brilliant.

Way better than I expected and I lives up to its review level. I'm a native New Yorker by the way. The beer is cold the service is perfect there are plenty of people eating here and even the meatballs were slightly above average but the pizza takes the cake.

We used to frequent Pop Cafe when we lived in Phnom Penh. We were a little disappointed with the food on this our most recent trip.

A place so often returning to. A great place for friends enjoying fantastic Italian food, embraces and taken care of by Giorgio the owner. Lovely family lunch or dinner with all your family members, young and old. Ciao!

This is not the best Italian restaurant in the world. But Giorgio serves up since years constant and good quality pastas and salads. In Phom Penh such consistency 7 days a week is a rarety. Besides all of the pasta dishes, I highly recommend the seafood salad and the parmignia both delicious. An adequate wine selection, the owner's kindness and... More

Negatives- slightly over priced Small portions Not very authentic - my carbonara was apparently made using egg, seemed to taste like a premade cause made with 90% cheese Place needs a bit of paint Positives- food was quite nice Service was excellent, very attentive but not iver the top, didnt feel watched like... We ate here last night, looking for a place to catch up with an old friend and enjoy a good, casual meal. The surroundings are OK, some interesting old photos on the walls but generally a little scruffy, but the food was fabulous! I had the rigatoni & meatballs and my partner had lasagne, and both were great. Perfectly cooked... More

Excellent pasta and salads, particularly the carbonara and anchovy salad. Can get crowded for dinner so arrive early. Good place for a relaxing lunch. The owner is friendly and the waitresses adorable.
