Be careful one variety is good the other is terrible. Ask to see them open before you order

We found this on TA and rocked up after having to call as the MAP said is was situated about 5 or 6 blocks west of where it was. It's actually right behind lucky supermarket on street 278. We had a bottle of nice cold White wine, 6 pacific oysters, 2 oyster shots (over spiced) and the rack of ribs.... More

Went out on a saturday nite for a family dinner and we were truly amazed by the high quality of the food and the service. We enjoyed the famous oysters in tempura and wasabi and then we had nice pasta with vongole. Very simple but excellent quality, great value for money.

To be short it is very reasonably priced, clean, friendly and tasty. longer review: The tuk-tuk driver had trouble locating this place and had never heard it's name. Indeed he was in disbelief that there were any restaurant on the part of the street. As I entered 5:30pm the staff greeted me as the only customer, which I was glad... More

My friends went to Sonoma Oyster with big expectations and what a major let down our visit was to this highly rated place. Two out of four of our group got sick (we all had the “fresh oysters) and two were so bad off they had to visit a clinic for food poisoning and the others spent most of two... More

Two months ago, my colleagues and I came across Sonoma and were taken in by the promise of quality oysters. Vincent and his staff provide the perfect atmosphere for a surprising and excellent dining experience. There must be 15 different preparations of oysters and each is delicious. But what we had to learn was that the steak is second to... More
