This isn't exactly where you might want to take a date (except maybe downstairs which is a full restaurant and marginally better service). Having said that, the barbecue is in my opinion the best in Yerevan: it's consistent every time (i.e. same great taste) and well-cooked (at least the majority of the time). For a quick bite, I recommend the... More

Of all the Shaurma joints in Yerevan, Artashi mot has the best Shaurma. Yet, the Khorovadz (pork) is just as tasty, along with the Piti soup, and nearly everything off their menu.

Well this is for location near Saryan Monument ! horrible and obvious discrimination towards tourist. Disgusting rabiz mentality and rabiz manager who does not do anything accept enlarging his belly!

Maybe it's a good armenian restaurant with good barbecue, but just if you don't appreciate a service.

This is most favourite place of every local who is fan of traditional Armenian barbeque and all other flavours of nationsl quisine. Prices and quality incompatible, in a good way. All food is so delicious and you will be really suprised in the end, when you see the bill, which is far below expectations.

One of the best places to eat shawurma and some traditional dishes . It is both tasty and cheap and also near the city center;))

Super salty beef Kebab, We also order yogurt drink which was so sour. No English speaking staff... Kebab wasn't that bad, but it was so salty that covered all other tastes.

Rude staff. But you don't expect service in such an ambiente anyway. 'Sbas' was rather good. But the kebab was very very salty. The ordered cheese was half dark yellow and somehow sweated. All of us had an upset stomach that night and the next day.

The last time I was in Yerevan I was obsessed with Artashi Mot, both upstairs (shawarma) and downstairs (all sorts of barbecue) We sat downstairs with the whole family, service was curt to the point of 'nearly' rude. Food just wasn't good as I remember.... Pork was good not great, minced beef kebab was ok, chicken was so salty that... More

You go here because you want fresh, delicious, quality food. As other reviewers have pointed out the service is not their strength
