Have eaten here for years and it was always great. Last time however I had to write them a less then blowing review because they were trying to charge a 20% VAT when they do not have such a license. However, they no longer charge the tax. We asked before we ate. As usual the meal was superb . The service great. They still charge a 5% fee if you use a credit card. I own a restaurant and will never understand why anyone charges a fee. Accepting credit cards just bring you a lot more business because tourist get charged huge fees at ATM’s far more then a business is charged for credit cards. We put a fraction of the fee we must pay on every menu item. But we do not mention charging any fee anymore they we say how much we pay for beef or any other service we provide . So just be aware. If you use a credit card they will charge you 5%. Hopefully someday they will change that . For me I can swallow a price for a meal 5 vnd more and no mention of the fee then I can a business telling me they are charging more .

Visited this establishment for the first time, liked the interior, prices for drinks and alcohol are very acceptable, father very much liked the beer San Miguel light filtered. It was my favorite restaurant In 2018 and 2019. So that’s why this time we went straight from airport with my friends. I gave them big advertisement about my lovely Armenia in Nha Trang. But when we arrived it was hard to recognize the restaurant, it moved to smaller place and changed a lot. I felt a little sad about that many changes but anyway food was delicious and prices was good, so we had a good time. Waiters were caring and polite, specially I felt In love with kebab❤️

Were in this restaurant on recommendation, ordered two kinds of barbecue made of pork and beef.The barbecue made of pork brought dried and overcooked.The barbecue made of beef was hard and oversalted.The papaya salad with seafood,also cooked poorly,the seafood was hard and digested.On my claim came a hammy Armenian mistress and stated that meat of good quality in Vietnam cannot be found, they say that you want to get here, it is not you Armenia! But it was just the bad cooking and didn't even apologize to us! We visites for the first time an Armenian restaurant and we were surprised of the declicious flavours . Espacialy the lavash ( Armenian bread).
The hospitality was great in the restaurant and they served a high quality of food en service. The prices are very affordable.
We sure will visit the restaurant again!!

Within a week, they ate seafood in different cafes and decided to try the usual food. God, lemonade makes a baby tear up, so delicious! Barbecues and khachapuri are delicious. The fight is awesome! Homemade bread was eaten before waiting for the dishes) I recommend unequivocally!!!

Been to this restaurant many times over the years but I just ate there my last time. Brought the bill out, tried to pay by credit card…. First rip off. They tried to charge me 5% to use my card. At most they are charged 2.5% by the bank. I know I own a restaurant in Vietnam and we accept credit cards and charge nothing. Second rip off was that they also tried to charge me 10% VAT. In Vietnam they are required to have a VAT certificate from the government. I asked to see it and they said pay and they will email it to me later. Very few business in Vietnam want to even apply for a VAT permit as there is no advantage. This place has just become a place that tries to rip their customers off.

Ate here ling ago when they had the small place next door and it was great and my go to place when in Nha Trang. The new place is huge, maybe too huge. As the service went way down hill. There is just about NO service now. Food still tasted great. Just could not get anyone to wait on us to take an order and when we asked for more they said yes and nothing ever came. No shortage of staff as they were just standing around chatting with each other or on a phone. Almost no customers, so peak traffic could not be the reason. Hope they get it under control.

The food is good, sanitary is bad.
Local dog has access to virtually every place in the restaurant.
Waitresses are petting the dog, and with same hands serving you food and drinks.
Any remarks to the management were ignored, since it is their dog, and they believe it is sterile (after running on the street chasing rats).

We are very much sorry to know that the presence of the dog was concerning to you.
It is a well-known fact that dogs are a man’s best friend but often when we go out they take second place and until recently, going out for lunch or for dinner with your pet was unthinkable as dogs had to be left at home or tied up outside the restaurant.
Over the last few years, though, dog-friendly restaurants have become more common and we are proud to be one of them. In our restaurant dog owners are more than welcomed to enjoy a delicious meal without having to leave their dogs at home.
We strongly deny the fact that the dog you have seen in the restaurant and took a photo of it at the cashier desk has been running and catching any rats. We take the cleanliness and sanitary of our restaurant very seriously and we proudly serve food in Armenia Restaurant for over 5 years now and we have never experienced any incidences.

We missed the old Armenia very much. Good to see they are back in business all be it a bit smaller. Same owners and friendly staff. Very polite and efficient. Must try their home made bread. Prices very fair. Food fresh and well presented, beers cold. A must visit place when in Nha Trang.

Foods are amazing! It’s a supper cool place to hang out with friends for dinners or drinks. I like the cozy atmosphere and decoration. Staff are supportive and friendly. I definitely will come again and recommend this place to friends.
