They catered a family Vietnamese/Indian wedding in Nha Trang on July 3rd. The wedding buffet was amazing, for me especially the grilled lamb chops and authentic tandoori roti. We ate at their HCMC location as a group of 9 people on July 5th. The kitchen...appeared to be backed up that night due to several large groups at the same time, so our food took longer than expected. It was worth the wait. I ordered three lamb dishes including lamb vindaloo which they made for me even though it is not on the menu. I ordered it extra hot, which the server hestitated since it is quite hot (peppery) normally. She trusted me and complied with my request. It simply was the best vindaloo I have ever tasted, spicy but flavorful where the “heat” added to the flavor versus dominating it. Big chunks of lamb with bone which is true homestyle cooking, with thick sauce and amazing buttery roti kulcha to mop it up. The other lamb dishes were Gosht Nihari and Mutton Rara were similarly exquisitely flavored. The vegetarian dishes ordered by others in our group drew similar comments - the best of flavored authentic indian food. The tea drinkers in our group were impressed with the flavor and spice combination in their chai. Even the humble dhal, brought back memories of well flavored and balanced ingredients from my childhood in Trinidad. I unabashedly recommend their food. Indian restaurants are usually middle of the road in their approach to non-indial palates. Dalcheeni remains true to the best of Indian cuisine, homestyle with depth and balance of flavor while remaining unpretentious and exquisite at the same time - a rare and remarkable achievement!More

This is another authentic Indian restaurant which has good ambience and a very friendly staff. The food here is excellent with a choice of veg and non veg options. The tandoori preparations are really good. We enjoyed our meal though the service was a tad...slow due to the rush (they actually have a waiting if you don't reserve in advance).
