One of my best French meal for years. Food was amazing especially the starters. For USD55, we got 3 starter, 1 main, dessert, huge platter of chess and XO to end the excellent meal. Good wine list. Friendly service. Rustic and classic ambient. It was a very memorable meal.

We have Visited this restaurant many times since 2014 Sometimes we went there for our friends or our family's members birthdays . We have found that Trois Gourmands is a very nice restaurant nicely laid out, The menu is very good and the food itself was excellent couldn’t ask for better. The service was impeccable the staff very attentive. They... More

Dinner for two on a Friday night and the wine list was 25% unavailable - unsurprisingly all the cheaper bottles had gone. There was nothing available for less than $100 and in Vietnam that is simply unacceptable. We left without eating and went and had a wonderful dinner at Lubu, with a bottle of wine for $20.

I don't agree with the reviews just below mine of the man from Tokyo. I and my family, friends have also been frequent guests to Trois Gourmands since 6 years as soon as I moved back to Vietnam. The owner has passed away and Buddha blesses him up there. But I continued to see his wife, the chef and the... More

I have been eating at Trois Gourmands in Saigon for several years and will never forget my first meal there when chef/owner Gil Brault came out to our table (he was friends with my host) and told us he had just received a consignment of fresh truffles from France. Could he cook us a degustation course on a truffle theme?... More

Just one word- horrible! Yes, you heard me right. My friends and I went to this restaurant for the New Year Eve dinner. It started nicely with a Vietnamese traditional folk dance. The beef steak was good while all the starter and dessert was just so so, not mention the homemade cheese- it tastes awful. Finally, for the cost. It... More

Not worth it. Noisy stupid music. Homemade cheese really forget it. Really not nice decor, look at the pic. Far from the center. Not responsive staff. And all for 100 us dollars per person. Would not even come vacation if it would cost 40 us. Frequent traveller here.

Value for money fine dining French meal with impeccable service. Went of the 6 course degustation meal and among the 3 of us, we had a bottle of red wine to share. The beef ravioli starters was delicious, so were the beef cheeks and venison mains. The lobster was slightly disappointing as it was small and slightly chewy. The cheeses... More

From the outside, this restaurant does not do itself any favors. The good news is that despite the decor and lack of curb appeal the food is so well executed that this restaurant is truly a culinary surprise for guests. Living in New York, my fiancé and I encounter a lot of amazing food, but this place is now at... More

It was the most adorable night at Trois Gourmands with superb French Food and Wine for me and for my beloved one to have a great memory for our anniversary at Saigon. Every food was impeccable and our several unique requests were all satisfied perfectly by kind and talented staffs. Here let me express my heartily thank to Ms. Aimie... More

Trois Gourmands is regarded as one of the finest French Restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City. Opened in 2004 and previously named Le Toit Gourmand, this fine French dining restaurant is the creation of Gils, a south east of France native who has dedicated himself to excellence in French culinary art with a particular dedication for natural products such as his mouthwatering homemade cheeses and to ‘’work’’ noble ingredients such as Goose Liver and Truffles.
