We had great experiences in dining at the breakfast buffet. The food has different cuisine varieties with high quality and presentations. The buffet at the Sheraton Hotel was very nice. The food included traditional Vietnamese food but also had cold cuts, fresh fruit, and more. In addition, the buffet had different foods everyday so it was like a surprise every time my family and I would...eat there. Lastly, the service is incredibly nice and helpful. Ok - So I infrequently take the time to write reviews, neither good or bad unless something has truly moved me. That said, here goes a very warranted, positive review in hopes the Saigon Cafe team gets recognized for a job well executed. Not only...is their breakfast item variety amazing, everything is super clean and fresh and in abundance. I ended up getting to know the hostesses & floor manager very well - all so accommodating. One server who made a lasting impression, enough to where I wrote her name down for the purpose of this review, is Ms. Linh Thao. She was genuine and kind, showed interest in our daily activities and would inquire each morning about our prior day events, truly above and beyond. She attended to our every need, and her enthusiasm and chemistry allowed to converse with her about meaningful topics. You can't fake that. Between the amazing food, cleanliness and staff - the Saigon Cafe is my favorite hotel Cafe in Vietnam! Thank you.More

Food was fresh and always being filled. Lobster is my favorite as well as deserts. Service was amazing. Duyen, Son, and Quang always ask to help and make sure our table cleaned. Overall, It was a good experience at this place. Will come back definitely.More
