Service was very good - attentive and helpful. The young coconut salad with prawns and mixed appetizer platter were especially good. We enjoyed our dinner in the outside seating area.

I had an incredible meal here that started with delicious fish cakes followed by an amazing mango and char grilled salad. The flavours really dance in your mouth. The waiter then demonstrated how to roll the rice paper with char grilled beef & betel leaf which is truly a gourmet dish as the balance of flavours and textures in your... More

Dined here on our final dinner of our trip. Is a little more expensive than most places but well worth it and still extremely reasonable. $50Usd covered two courses and two drinks for two people. Set in an amazing French courtyard (a little hard to find but just ask the grand Hyatt reception if you are lost) the food and... More

We had a lovely first dinner in HCM at Hoa Tuc. Service was excellent, ambiance is very nice (we chose to sit in air-conditioned comfort inside, but the garden seating outside looked pretty too), and the food was delicious. We shared the mixed appetizer platter which had a summer roll, a delicious little salad with 2 large shrimp, yummy fishcakes... More

Thought it would be difficult to find a restaurant in Saigon on foot. It is actually quite easy as it is just opposite to Park Hyatt. There are a few restaurants in the lively alley and Hoa Tuc is one of them. Price is quite steep as we found out later. We tried the soft shell crab which is exceptionally... More

Located across the street from the Hyatt inside a little shopping center. Serves good spring rolls and soup. The prices are medium and the selection quite extensive. There are two dining areas: one air conditioned inside and another outside. The service was a little slow but the staff was pleasant. The sour soup with prawns was extremely good as was... More

This restaurant was recommendedbto us by a hotel concierge and he surelly earned his tip. This was the best meal we had in Saigon and Vietnamese cuisine is our favourite. The service was fast and profesional and there was so much food on our plates that we couldn't eat the half of it even it was delicious. If you are... More

We arrived just after 7pm and were seated outside. Given that there were 8 people in our party we were lucky to have found a table without a reservation as it was very busy. The menu is extensive with mainly modern Vietnamese dishes supplimented by a specials board. There is also a great drinks menu with some interesting Asian flavoured... More

Hoa Tuc is located inside a small alleyway into an oase of a couple of resturants. Hoa Tuc is a Vietnamese restaurant with great food and atmosphere. We dined here at the feeling is just great, good tables, private, shielded from the road and noise. The meny is filled with Vietnamese dishes, we had the hot pot beef, shrimp and... More
