I love Thai food! I'd been eating Vietnamese food for ten days and thought I'd give Thai food and Thai Express a go at it. First be careful on the climb to the restaurant, one miss step and you could fall. The restaurant was bright and cheery with a wait staff that appeared friendly but a little slow on service.... We visited this place a couple of times as it offered good portions of very tasty food at reasonable prices. It's in a great location overlooking the lakes and busy area in the heart of Hanoi.

The most unreasonable price ever!!! More than 20 bucks for a hotpot with 6 shrimps, a little beef and 5 pieces of chicken??!!! I strongly recommend you not to come here for any reason. The most important thing is it doesn't taste good anyway. Furthermore, they use the cheapest vegetables for hotpot???? After finish the luch, I still feel hungry... More

I am a very picky eater, and all my friends wanted Thai. I was allowed to bring food from next door over and they didn't mind! The staff were showing us how to use chopsticks and answering all of our annoying questions ! They were so friendly, and the food was amazing according to the 3 others I was with!

The food here is tasteless, arrives too quick (is it even fresh?) and way overpriced. Decor is tacky and has not been updated in over 5 years. Avoid avoid avoid

Not good, not bad. Just average. Maybe not too authentic but I think its also because of Tet holidays.

We have been there for lunch, the place is like a fast food but the thai food is excellent and it is just in front of the lake. I ate chicken red curry and my girlfriend took massaman with beef. Good experience

I'm not much of a lover of Thai food, but I went here with some Vietnamese friends and was surprised at how good everything tasted. Actually, I preferred the pad Thai here better than the pad Thai I've had in Thailand. Service was good, too. Caters to a primarily Vietnamese crowd, at least on this night, but the menu is... More

Expensive for an asian dish and not event close to the authentic taste. Pad thai is ok but this is the only dish I could eat if im here. Strongly not recommend the red curry, it was terrible. Good thai milk tea.
