As someone else mentioned, museum food is usually bad and/or expensive. This was neither. Had skewers, spring rolls and noodles in a bowl with beef. All good and fresh. Cost about 60-100 dong per main course.
Although a training restaurant, there was no indication of staff on training. The meals and drinks were very good and meet all expectations.
