I like going to this Cafe, which is right off the small but busy To Ngoc Van Street. You can sit outside in the shade or inside, either in the small entrance area or upstairs in the big room. I also like that one can relax at this place, work or read a newspaper. The cafe is a meeting place... More

Joma is the closest thing to Panera that you can find in this part of the world. The food is delish and well priced. Get the app for deals. Only wish certain items (hint hint pumpkin pie) weren't seasonal so they could be enjoyed year round! Service can be slow- well worth the wait, but just FYI.

Hi Rena! Thanks so much for the glowing review! We are so glad you love our pumpkin pie, although it is just seasonal, every Oct-Dec :-) If you have a big craving, you can always order a whole one any time of year and enjoy every last bite!!! :-P Thank you for your note about the speed of service. An iced cappuccino is suck. They added condensed material milk in my iced cappuccino. I asked waiter that I want to talk to his manager but he just walked away.

Ok food. Good environment, esp the third floor with a kids' play area (despite the mozzies). But the service just consistently falls short. Would love to rate higher but just really poor service. Can do better.

I met a couple of friends for lunch and was quite disappointed with the whole experience. The turkey sandwich was not very good. The toaster ham and cheese sandwich was so hot steam actually escaped when bitten into, a very nasty surprise. The staff are not terribly friendly. The take away sandwich ordered for my husband was made beautifully. The... More

Good coffee nice cake and fresh healthy salads. Good WiFi and cosy deco. Very nice place. However there is nothing original in this café that's why I give only 4 stars. Give it a try!

I love the Joma restaurants! Delicious fresh healthy options available and everything I've had has been great. I also really appreciate how decaff and soya options are available. The Wi-Fi is good and the staff are friendly. It's a good place to come get some work done or enjoy some down time. They have a kids play area on the... More

Eaten here on a number of occasions but rarely out of choice. Food is under-seasoned and bland and horrendously expensive for what it is. I once got take away chilli from here and the portion size hardly covered the bottom of the plastic take out dish. Generally it's a last option place if the rest of the neigbourhood's wifi or... Dear VNexpatHanoi, Thank you for spending your time to write a review for us. We also thank you for still giving us chance to serve you even we're in a bottom of your list. We will definitely have to work again with our staff to make sure they serve the soup right all the time because our normal portion for... More

Joma on To Ngoc Van....clean, free wifi, AC works ok, ok English spoken, nice staff very polite and happy to help. Tables cleared quickly. No one hurries you. Rest room was clean. Bagel with egg and bacon is quite good. Not cheap, but good (then again, not so easy to find bagels in Hanoi). Coffee is American style and good.... More

We visited this cafe to kill time before we went to the airport and we were so pleased we found it! We bought a croissant, dragon fruit smoothie, a bagel sandwich and focacia sandwich - they were all so yummy! Lovely place to chill and get away from busy streets. Great service and good wifi.
