Visited with friends during a visit to the Old Quarter. The beer was cold and the venue air conditioned. The venue provided a good view over the lake and open public space.

it is located at the centre of hanoi and you get a good view of the Hoan Hien Lake. this is a tourist trap and prices are all inflated. food is average. the only things good is the location and the view.
