Our taxi driver had difficulty locating this restaurant because they have recently moved location to a position down a narrow lane.
Fortunately, a member of the waiting staff met our taxi and guided us to the new location.
We enjoyed our food here. The Sushi and salad we had was fresh and tasty. The gyoza was very good as well.
There is a very wide selection of drinks including a very reasonably priced Dalat red wine, which was very good. (White wine is available as well,).
Prices are very reasonable and the service is friendly.
Well worth seeking out their new location !

We ate dinner at Ichi on New Years evening. It's a very special and charming place, not very easy to find. The food was nice, and we enjoyed the festive atmosphere with Japanese people celebration the New Year 2 hours before midnight in Vietnam.

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant, great food and amazing selection of Japanese whiskeys and food. The owner told us this was their last day at this location and will be moving up the road,he gave us complementary drinks. We had a great time chatting with other customers at the bar, I would highly recommend this place for a night to remember....

If you only have one night in Dalat and you are in the mood for sushi and japanese food, you definitaly should go here! Yes the food is amazing but the main reason is the unique atmosphere. Try to get a spot at the bar so you can watch the sushi being prepared while you eat. You will not forget this place.

Fantastic food and atmosphere. Lovely intimate dining arrangement. This was our second visit to Da Lat and, based on our experience here 3 years previously, this restaurant was at the top of our list of things to do and it did not disappoint. We had to visit twice this trip.

A Japanese delight
This was our fourth visit ti Dalat and Ichi is always the highlight of the trip. Exquisite food, atmosphere and friendly personal service. Very reasonably priced. A must do

Wonderful tiny restaurant. Recommend booking as only room for 14 people. The deluxe Bento Box superb and we enjoyed the chicken and pork yakatori. Owner charming and helpful

The sashimi dish was fresh and fair presentation. The eel was just ok. I think it is overpriced. We came in and they herded us to a room upstairs to wait for a table. They tried to be congenial but it seemed phony.

Not sure where all these amazing reviews come from. The Eel and Pork rice bowls were uneatable. Pork absolutely disgusting. You can get better rice bowls at Sukiya fast food chain. People on vacation must think everything is great, but the food here certainly is not. Waste of money. Retrain your chefs.

A great place to eat good sushi and other Japanese dishes. Not the cheapest (compared to Vietnam food) but worth the money.
A very smal, tiny and cosy please with a friendly owner! If you want to eat there, you better make a reservation... they only have a few places to sit.

As keen whisky drinkers, we spotted a row of scotch whisky bottles as we walked past Ichi, so in we went. Unfortunately all the scotch bottles were empty. A Japanese customer and the Japanese barman recommended a Japanese single malt, which was surprisingly good; like a lighter Speyside malt. My wife had a pleasant elderflower cider, and we both enjoyed the complimentary cocoa chips, which went well with the whisky. We had a very enjoyable conversation, in English, with the two Japanese.

Felt the need for something a bit different to Vietnamese that evening so we found this place on TA and decide to dine here. It’s a small and very cozy restaurant with very friendly staff and fantastic food! Depends on you budget but prices are pretty fair here !

Never would you expect to see a owner treat his regular customers with so much disrespect and rudeness as this business owner gave us. This was not the first time, we have tried to understand he might have bad day, however it’s not true. This will be the last time. Everyone, beware the owner is fake, he smiles at you while he really doesn’t care whether you eat there or not. He does not respect his customer or staff, he is a utter disgrace to Japanese culture and values. I will never give this man and his business our money or patronage ever again. There is much better Sushi restaurants in Dalat than this place!

We were really amazed by the taste and quality of the sushi!! We just couldn't stop ordering more! The sushi is made right in front of you and everything is very fresh and so tastefull! It really was the best sushi I ever had! It's not as cheap as Vietnamese food but it's not Vietnamese so that makes perfect sense😊 Just know that you are going to eat sushi and that is more expensive then Vietnamese food. Ik can highly recommend this place to sushi lovers, it will be hard to leave the place!! They also have a selection of Japanese whisky which really suits the sushi. I will defenitely come back here if I ever have the chance!!

We booked in advance and eventually chose to be seated at the bar in front of the sushi makers. That was a great idea, it was quite a thing! Quick service and always with a large smile from the owner(sushi master). The dishes were delicious, we even ordered more than expected along with Saporo beers.
Perfect dinner and end of stay in beautiful Dalat region!
