Great food with many surprises, professional staff and a most tentative and sweet waitress.Wonderful Japanese restaurant serving dinners in Dalat province . Price was very affordable compared to other similar restaurants.Serving only fresh and best ingredients of the day. They also carries a very good selection of sake!

Amazing sushi!
Great location in da Lat for sushi/maki/ramen, they have an extensive menu on a ipad which is easy to use and understand.
Bell on table for when you are ready for the waiter to take your order and also If you need other assistance (WiFi) was no problem.
Sushi was some of the best I've had including at home in London and various other travel destinations!
Great price for sizes and quality you get, would come again!

Our maki, sashimi, and tempura exceeded all expectations! The products are extremely fresh and seem to be cooked so right! It’s all very japanese, from the way you order meals to the attitude of waiters. We expected to have a nice dinner, but what we’ve got was an absolutely wonderful one! We paid about $25 for our substantial meals and it seemed a great value for money.

I know that the buffet restaurant is belong to this brand also, so I came here to share my view. The buffet was ok, the waiter who served my table was nice and knew how to advertise their website. But he messed up our order. We didn't order egg, noodles, porks,... things we knew that we couldn't finished them. And we repeated our order twice to make sure it correct. But when the order came, we were really annoyed about things we didn't order. Even we ordered beef only but they mixed it up with pork. I already asked for change but in a new box with 3 slices of meat, there were 2 beefs and 1 pork!? When we asked for second round of sashimi, another waiter informed that we can only have 2 portions of any kind of food per person. This is ok but why you guys didn't said it at the first time, as if you requested the number then it's not the buffet anymore. Later our first waiter came and asked if we want more sashimi, which made us very confused. They even put wrong order of other table to our table, which turned our meal into something of confusion and annoyed, then my friend became very angry. The food was ok, not very fresh but acceptable, and we were finished the meal, but for sure we never came back here.

I went to this restaurant because of the good reviews on Google Maps, which I now believe are not true. service is time consuming, difficult and confusing. I ordered a coke and it came hot, so I asked for a glass with ice, as they said they didn't have it, I didn't want the soda anymore. The attendant simply left the soda on the table and left. When ordering other dishes, I clarified, once again, that I didn't want the soda and checking the orders digitally, I noticed that they were still charging, I asked to remove the charge. It didn't take long, that same attendant came to my table and asked me to evaluate the restaurant, as if I had already finished dinner, however, not even all the dishes I had ordered had arrived. As the orders were taking too long, I called the attendant again, who, to my surprise, had not formalized the order to the kitchen and had the digital bill in hand, charging all the dishes that did not arrive and the coke. Realizing his mistake, the attendant brought the missing dishes and said he would remove the coca cola charge. When I asked for the bill, this guy handed me an evaluation form for his service and, without showing the bill, he said the amount. I asked to look at the charge and there was a coke. Summary: It was a stressful event, I felt cheated. It's complicated to go to the restaurant and not trust what they will charge you. For the price of dishes that are very expensive, they should train their employees, instead of coercing customers to give good reviews

Sushi bars always lure me in, even if I'm in Vietnam and absolutely loving the phenomenal local cuisine. Today I wanted sushi and decided to give Fujiya a chance. I have to say I was entirely blown away by how authentic this meal turned out to be. In fact, several of the dishes were prepared better than those I've sampled in Japan.
We started with chawanmushi and it was divine; slivers of enoki mushrooms nestled over the delicate egg custard, which was cooked to a perfect texture.
I opted for a bento box to get some variety and what followed was shockingly delicious. A sampling of sushi and sashimi came first; generous slabs of fresh fish including salmon, tuna, mackerel and octopus.
Then came chicken teriyaki, which was tender and juicy, and without the sticky, overly sweet sauce that usually is served. The meat had clearly been marinated and was rich with flavor, so no need for sugary sauce.
Then came a filet of seasoned mackerel, grilled by a chef who has some real skills.
The meal also included some sides that I'm especially picky about; miso soup and kimchi. The soup was among the best I've ever had, served hot in a covered bowl, with some enoki, seaweed and soft tofu. The kimchi was crunchy and bright, with just the right level of heat. Truly a perfect lunch, and priced at 250K. Wow.
But the most impressive dishes were actually served to my partner and deserve special mention. We love oysters, and decided to try what Fujiya had on the menu. The platter that arrived was probably the most beautiful dish I've ever seen. Two giant oysters sat snugly on crushed ice, topped with a raw quail egg yolk, various caviar and a sprig of sea grapes. Colorful flowers and garnishes were artistically placed, and we both grabbed our phones to take pictures. The oysters turned out to be directly imported from Hiroshima, a city known to have some of the best oysters in Japan, and these were a revelation of texture and flavor and we immediately ordered two more. Honestly I can't think of an oyster I loved more than this one.
She also ordered a salmon gunkan trio and again, the presentation left me in awe. A beautiful piece of salmon was wrapped around the rice instead of seaweed, and ikura plus other caviar were featured in the center. Amazingly creative.
Service was friendly and well-paced, and we were hardly rushed. The seating was in a private wooden enclosure like you would find in Japan and was quite comfortable, the perfect spot to celebrate our last day in Vietnam. The whole three-story restaurant is quite beautiful, well-designed and exceptionally clean. Kane, a manager, politely helped serve our dishes and added a personal touch to what was really one of the more elegant meals we've had anywhere. I remain grateful to everyone at Fujiya for their dedication to the craft.

This was a surprisingly excellent meal on our last day in Da Lat. The food is very fresh and delicious. The pictures on the iPad menu do not do the dishes justice, because when they arrive they are huge and presented with artistic flair. I had the Seagrapes salad. It was refreshing and the little juicy beads exploded in my mouth like caviar. The Agedashi tofu was tasty in a wonderful dashi broth. I followed this up with raw oysters from Hiroshima. I was just in Japan two weeks ago and these were just as good if not better. These were very clean, full of flavor and topped off with a quail egg and two types of caviar and more seagrapes. The oysters arrived on ice, on one of the most beautiful platter presentations I have ever seen. My next course was a salmon gunkan three piece set. All three types of sushi were unique, including one where three types of caviar were wrapped in salmon sashimi. The presentation of this dish was just as remarkable as the oyster course.
My partner opted for the Bento box option. It came with both miso soup and Chawanmushi (better than those we tried in Japan), eight pieces of gorgeous sashimi and sushi, chicken teriyaki, grilled mackerel, and kimchi.
The restaurant is beautifully designed in Japanese style. The staff is very friendly, and some spoke English. Kane, the manager, was very helpful as well. We will definitely come back here when back in town.

My husband and I had such a great experience eating here, we ordered one sake ikura roll (there was a lot of salmon in it), ramen with pork and kimchi udon soup. Waiter gave us potato salad as a compliment and it was very tasty. Everything was great, very delicious and portions are really big. And there were Japanese people eating next to us, it says a lot about the quality of food here.

I had a wonderful experience when I came to Da Lat with a meal full of sashimi pieces from this Restaurant. This restaurant is located in a street full of parking spaces and is quite cool, they have great services and what made me fully experience the date was the way the staff handled and talked. service, they are so kind and friendly. Tried this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice, the waitress spoke very good English and was very kind. But the good ended there. They can not even make proper sushi rice that holds together. The fish did not seem very fresh or at the correct temperature. Upon leaving you could see the fish they cut from and it did not look refrigerated at all. And sushi can be very dangerous if not kept at or below 5 degrees Celsius or 41F. Could not recommend .

We ordered salmon sashimi, a combo sushi/maki plate, and some extra tuna salad. Everything was good, my preference goes to the salmon sashimi which was really orgasmic.

Stopped in here for a bite to eat with no idea what expect. I walked out very happy after some of the best Japanese dishes I've ever had.
I especially liked the Takoyaki as well as the tempura prawns, easily the best I've had.
