We keep going to Swiss Food and the food and drinks were of the expected good standard. As said, Swiss Food is a bit hidden in Soi Diamond. But the place is really nice inside and the owner and service personnel is friendly.
They maintain...a steady standard with their salad buffet which can be used together with any main dish. The selection is very good although some of the dishes are not 100% original, maybe because of the price and availability of ingredients (Züri Gschnetzlets is originally made from veal).
But having said this the meals are reasonably priced for what they are. And they are tasty and come in good portions (OK, the size of the Rösti could have been just a bit bigger if I want to be real picky).
Will we return and is this restaurant recommended ? Absolutely YES ! The only suggestions I would have is to add some more Campari to the Campari Orange Aperitiv and then I am not sure about the ingredients of the Crepes Suzettes. In contrast to previous visits this one was prepared entirely in the kitchen and not flambé at the table. On the other hand the house wine is more than acceptable and reasonably priced.
But these are minor observations within a satisfying overall dining experience. I give it a good 4 stars and it is recommended to everybody to give it a try. We will for sure return soon.More
Very good food, great service and this is swiss clean - including the toilets!
Not a cheap eats but the quality is swiss standard.
I had the Wienr Schnitzel and it was as good as you would get in Switzerland. Swiss spoken!
One of the best restaurants in Pattaya, Thailand, offering really good value for money with excellent service together with food quality. Super setting central Pattaya, accessible by car, Pattaya bus, taxi and motorbike taxi, outstanding international food with local Thai dishes, excellent staff, one of...the best restaurants in Pattaya, having dined in Swiss Food Restaurant for so many years, the standard and quality have always remained superb. Highly recommended.
Give it a try you will not be disappointed.

The new management increased the corckage fee from B 250 to B500, the table next to mine told the new Manager that he's being going there for the past 30 years but shall never go back if he insisted in overcharging him suddenly 500 as...no prior notice was given, the manager looked at him with distain and showed him the door, same think happened to me , used for the past 15y to enjoy authentique food and a natural Swiss hospitality but today under that new management they obviously do not care about the revenues from the F&B as they most probably have fund more lucrative ways to make a buck...
The potatoes on the salade bar were undercooked n the deserts at total utter disaster : 2 small meringues drowned under chantilly and 3 scoops of local ice cream again drowned in semi rancid cream chantilly for a combined cost of B 320...
They fired all the old friendly staff and replace them with the most unprofessionel people who should not be allowed to work in the service industry but in all fairness, project the perfect representation of the said New Management ! So sad !
Anyway, the good news is that is still a few more authentique Swiss restaurants in Pattaya who will be more then happy to welcome all customers looking for a bit of well known and authentic Swiss hospitality.
A bon entendeur Salut !More
Last time we tried here it was closed for a refurb, now open looks the same inside but still a pleasant place once inside. The surrounding area is grim and if approaching from Walking Street be prepared for sone serious hassle especially from the Ladyboy...bar next door, if you can find it best arrive in Soi Diamond from the other direction.
We had a cheese fondue and chicken Cordon Bleu, both of which were very good although let down by pretty poor service, we had to practically beg for extra bread for our fondue and it took an age to find out the salad was part of the meal, It would not be so bad but it was very quiet and there was 1 staff for each customer and they still did not seem bothered about serving us.
Go for the food, ignore the bad service.More
