5 stars! The food at this Indian restaurant was outstanding. The flavors were varied and authentic, each dish a culinary experience. I was particularly impressed by how the staff contributed to the great overall impression with their friendliness and attentiveness. Without a doubt, this restaurant offers the best Indian food in Pattaya. I can recommend it to anyone looking for a taste experience that will stay with them for a long time.

Great Food and Service. Beware the Annoying Service Charge.

Upmarket Indian Restaurant with innovative and tasty food. Never been disappointed with any dish I have ordered. Perhaps a daily set menu might be good. Can’t fault service, food quality, hygiene. All are excellent. Main quibble is the 10% added service charge. If I was reassured all of this is given to staff that might help. When I visit Pattaya regularly eating a wide range of foods this is the one restaurant I dine at which adds service charge.

The Tastiest Restaurant Indian Food I've Had

I am South Indian and have grown up eating a lot of home as well as restaurant Indian food. On a recent trip to Pattaya, a friend and I decided to have dinner at India by Nature. It was a Sunday night and although the restaurant was not busy, we found it cozy, with a warm and inviting ambiance, tastefully decorated and the manager as well as the waiting staff were very attentive. We ordered the Murgh Malai kebab and drinks. The meat was cooked so well, it was tender and very tasty. The sauce was divine. I had a Jaipur Pink City cocktail, which was very pleasant. I did not want a heavy bread option and opted for the Rumali Roti which is one of the lightest and tastiest bread I have ever had. I am no expert on Northern Indian Cuisine but I have had ample in my lifetime and this is one of the tastiest, dishes where the spices are used and the meat is cooked very well. I am glad we had dinner there and will definitely visit again when I am next in Pattaya.

Too Hot to Handle

I love Indian food and thought I was an expert on Lamb Rogan Josh as it's my go-to choice. I was disappointed here. It is my belief this dish should be of a reddish hue, not grey. I had hoped for a curry aroma; I was disappointed again. There seemed plenty of pepper but little smell. The service was excellent though I think there should be a menu in Thai rather than have a Thai speaker guide my companion through the choices. There was a delicious sweet-corn amuse-bouche to start which was free. Not so the beer! If you are going to call yourself Indian by Nature and serve Indian beer, it should be affordable; 200 baht thanks to the iniquitous ++ scam is too much for a small bottle. I couldn't help compare this experience with the one I had 10 days earlier at Terminal 21. The parking here was much easier though a nearby restaurant was closed on Tuesdays with extra spaces available. I was too hot as I don't think the A/C was on; in Terminal 21 we could sit outside on the sidewalk as the whole place was fully air-conditioned.

Very Disapointed

Empty, when we arrived, the host serious, not very welcoming. We were recommended by a friend to try - disapointed, Vindaloo, not very spicy, 4 small pieces of chicken and the rest potatoes, bland flavour and and charged an extra 100 baht so that small meal alone was 400 baht because we asked for chicken tikka vindaloo instead of normal chicken, the tikka was not very good, tasteless. Such a shame as a first impression as we will go to other more value and service based restaurants rather than this disapointing experience. For such a large space, on a Saturday early evening, we were the only customers. We can see why. Will not go back. Regarding any response, it will only be lip service, so no need to respond.

Music Festivals and Indian Food!!!

During my trip to Pattaya for the Wonderfruit music festival, I stumbled upon an incredible Indian restaurant called Indian By Nature. After days of festival food, I was craving something comforting, and this place exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with traditional Indian decor and soft lighting creating a cozy ambiance. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt right at home. I started with the classic tikka, which was perfectly grilled with just the right amount of spice. The butter chicken was rich and creamy, balanced beautifully with freshly baked naan, and the rack of lamb ribs had tender meat cooked to perfection. The flavors were bold but not overwhelming, and everything was made with high-quality ingredients. What stood out the most was the variety of options on the menu, catering to both vegetarians and meat lovers, as well as a range of spice levels to suit all palates. Absolutely amazing food

I would not be lying if I said this was one of the tastiest Indian meals I have ever had. The whole experience was exceptional. The restaurant is on a busy road but once inside is comfortable and a nice quiet setting. I had the Murgh Malai Kebab to start which was a meal in itself with at least 8 large pieces of chicken. They were juicy, full of flavour and tasted great. My husband had the Tandoori lamb chops and again these were full of flavour and cooked to perfection. I then had the lamb madras which was totally different to what I am used to in the UK, however this dish was better with fresh, mouth watering but not overpowering spices. My husband had the chicken tikka masala which he commented was the nicest one he had ever tasted. Every thing was cooked with fresh ingredients and tasted amazing. Oh and not forgetting the naan breads which were exceptional. The prices are above average but I would happily pay more for this quality of food

A place where you will love Indian cuisine! The quality and presentation of the dishes is high. The service is super, too, with a choice of dishes. Very polite staff. You don't often see an establishment that you're totally thrilled about! Everything was so delicious and tasty, we even forgot to take a picture, there's only a photo of the compliment.

Great Food

Having visited a few times on a recent trip to Thailand and also in previous years I can confirm the food Is always of good quality and freshly prepared. Personally I like the vegetarian dishes, but I’m sure the same standards apply to all the food. Service is efficient and friendly. I doubt better quality could be found for the prices charged. My only issue is the addition of 10% service charge. I prefer to leave a tip at my own discretion. Removing this charge may encourage me to visit more often. Perhaps a daily set menu or ‘specials’ board would be a good enticement to attract more customers?? Well done to Av and her team.

Excellent restaurant

We are regular customers of IBN for 5 or 6 years..Even during the long COVID episode, they were open as soon as opening was allowed.. Even during those difficult times with few customers the quality of the meals stayed at the same excellence level..We dine in IBN at least twice a month and recently we had dinner there 4 times, as our son came and visited us and he is a great fan of IBN..Food is excellent..Service under the leadership of Ganesh is perfect, friendly and efficient. Yesterday we noticed a new choice of wines and we discovered a new excellent 2009 Italian wine. Good value for money. Try it, you will love it

High Quality meal, you get what you pay for

Had a very enjoyable meal here while staying in Jomtien. Following a very tasty onion bhaji to start, I ordered the lamb rogan josh. Quite simply, it was the best lamb I've eaten in my life and I've eaten at many Michelin star restaurants around the world. It's not a cheap meal, but you get what you pay for. Plus a delightful waitress who is extremely easy on the eye, although be careful if dining with the wife! Whats not to like? Give it a go, if looking for a special night out.

The Best Indian Restaurant I've been in!

I have been in a lot of Indian Restaurants. In India, in the UK and elsewhere. Here you have a glas window to the kitchen, where you can actually see your food being prepared! Wines are also top class, so if in Pattaya, this is the place to go for Indian Food!

Worth a detour

This is a wonderful place. I'm hardly an expert in Indian food, so not in a position to evaluate how authentic it is, but having visited many of the best rated Indian restaurants in Thailand (=Bangkok), and a couple of five-star hotels in India as well, I would rate this experience #1 amongst them. Seemed very hygienic. Super friendly and attentive service, although there were not too busy at the time (why?), so not sure about busier hours. Great wine selection as well, looks like some real curating is happening here.
