Today, Sunday, January 25, we came there to find out, it is closed for a private party. Really? I doubt I will try again. Don't like to stand in front of closed doors. Feels so unwelcoming!

Had a nice afternoon tea in Agalico, the white garden just likes the urban jungle, the taste of homemade scone is wonderful, it is slightly sweetened and are occasionally glazed. Every bit fill in cream flavour.

My experience in this place : - I arrived at about 1 PM and it was very sunny outside. The security staff was polite and smile. Feel refreshed and peaceful once we entered the tea house. - The waitress can not speak English, just use your body languange when order anything, or simply point at the cakes showed in display... The first time I was lost in a taxi circling around the block a few times and when I found it they were not open. Only open on fri, sat and sundays for tea & cake, so I was disappointed but at least I knew my bearings now! The next day, I went by BTS, off at Thong Lor and... More

This is a really pretty place indeed! The entrance is really concealed, I saw several people walk pass it before walking back, peeping in and then deciding that they've found the right place. The whole cafe didn't have a signboard anywhere either, so I have no idea who knew it's called Agalico? The garden area behind was really lovely, but... More

Everything about this place exudes crisp-ness and cleanliness because everything is doused in the colour white - from the furnishing, to the exterior, to interior paneling, to the washrooms etc. The place was easy enough to find, just a short walk from Thonglor station. It's kinda hidden behind a residential-looking building and there's a guardhouse out front. Upon stepping in,... More

I got to Agalico very early.. we got to Bangkok early and there was really no where else to go so we decided to try Agalico and was very glad it was opened. We walked from Thong Lor BTS, it's about a 5-10min walk and the minute you enter Agalico, you'll feel such a difference from the bustling and somewhat... More

I have always been wanting a find a place to escape from the bustling city, where I could sit down to enjoy a nice afternoon with my friends and loved ones. The place has got a tranquil setting, decorated with white-themed furniture. I heard the pieces we are sitting are available for sale too! The cafe was packed with customers... More

Staying in Sukhumvit

Neighbourhood Profile
With a mix of shopping malls, hip bars and food stalls lining both sides of Thailand’s longest road, you’ll rarely encounter a dull moment along Sukhumvit. While the main road itself doesn't offer a lot in terms of entertainment, it's the adjoining 'sois' (alleys) where the magic happens. Popular spots are soi 11 for a lively night out, soi 4 for naughty nightlife and soi 21 for world-class shopping at Terminal 21. It's hard to cover everything this area has to offer in on day, so be sure to take your time. Sukhumvit is heavily congested with traffic during day and night, so getting from A to B is most convenient using the BTS Skytrain right above it.
